Per 2026-04-24 public-repo audit §OSS-readiness-gaps #10. Uses Keep a Changelog 1.1.0 format, SemVer, Conventional Commits. Backfilled v0.1.0 section from the GitHub release body (2026-04-14), with a diff-link footer so readers can jump straight to the source range.

Per 2026-04-24 public-repo audit §OSS-readiness-gaps #6, this repo had no per-repo CONTRIBUTING guide. The org-level cogos-dev/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md points here by link, but the link target didn't exist. Covers: local dev setup, test commands matching this repo's CI workflow, project layout, PR submission flow, issue-reporting pointers to the org-level YAML issue forms, and MIT license attribution.
