How to Use

Windows

1. Download: Grab the latest .zip release from the Releases page.
2. Extract: Extract all files into a folder. Ensure lunatic_loader.exe and internal.dll are in the same directory.
3. Open: Launch lunatic_loader.exe.
4. Launch: Click the Launch button. This will open the game launcher (if not detected, you will be prompted to select NTEGlobalLauncher.exe).
5. Play: Start the game from its official launcher and wait for the loader to automatically inject the cheat.
6. In-Game:
   • Press INSERT to toggle the menu.

Linux (Lutris)

1. Prepare files: Download and extract the latest release. Keep lunatic_loader.exe and internal.dll in the same folder.
2. Open Lutris: Select your NTE game entry.
3. Run EXE inside prefix: Configure Lutris to run lunatic_loader.exe with the same Wine prefix as NTE.
4. Launch game from loader: Use the loader's Launch button so injection can happen in the correct process.
5. In-Game:
   • Press INSERT to toggle the menu.

Linux (Steam / Proton)

1. Prepare files: Download and extract the latest release. Keep lunatic_loader.exe and internal.dll in the same folder.
2. Use same Proton prefix: Make sure the loader is started with the same Proton/Wine prefix as your NTE install.
3. Add loader to Steam: Add lunatic_loader.exe as a non-Steam game (or run it via your Proton launch method).
4. Run loader first: Start lunatic_loader.exe, then click Launch in the loader.
5. In-Game:
   • Press INSERT to toggle the menu.

Troubleshooting

OpenProcess failed (Windows)

If the loader shows OpenProcess failed after you click Launch or when starting the game:

1. Close both the Game Launcher and lunatic_loader.exe.
2. Right-click lunatic_loader.exe and choose Run as administrator.
3. Start again from the loader, then launch the game from NTEGlobalLauncher.exe.

This usually happens because of a privilege mismatch (the loader needs enough permission to open the target process).
