Hey, I'm Naren.

They say pick a lane. I picked the intersections instead — design, product, engineering, philosophy, AI. The dots seldom connected. That's where I live.

Product Principal at ThoughtWorks, Amsterdam. Shaping intelligent products across healthtech, aviation, retail, and public sector. Now shipping my own experiments.

What I'm building

  • narenkatakam.com — My personal site, rebuilt as an AI-native knowledge graph. Humans browse it. Machines query it through an MCP server at mcp.narenkatakam.com. RAG layer answers questions about my work with 100% eval accuracy. Security-hardened against prompt injection and content scraping. Two audiences, both first-class.
  • ux-audit — A design eye for AI coding assistants. UI/UX guidance and review skill for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Windsurf.
