How does this plugin relate to natural capital, ecosystems services, nature, or nature's benefits to people?

This plugin includes the previously stand-alone Restoration Opportunities Optimization Tool (ROOT) that is designed to provide an accessible tool for optimizing landscape management decisions to balance multiple objectives. It is designed to be used as part of a natural capital assessment by plugging in after InVEST models have been run and using their outputs to generate optimal portfolios of land management decisions.

Why / how do you think this plugin would be valuable to the community?

The tool itself offers an accessible way to utilize landscape decision optimization, while this new plugin version makes the tool much more accessible.
