Lets mcp-publisher publish redcon to the official MCP Registry and makes the per-release version bump a one-line change (Releasing checklist step 6). Expresses the [mcp] extra via uvx runtime_arguments (--from redcon[mcp]==<version>).

Adds a root
server.jsonsomcp-publisher publishcan register redcon on the official MCP Registry asio.github.natiixnt/redcon(version 1.11.2). The[mcp]extra is expressed on the uvx side viaruntime_arguments(--from redcon[mcp]==1.11.2). If the registry validator disagrees with the argument shape, a follow-up will adjust it.
