Lets mcp-publisher publish redcon to the official MCP Registry and makes the per-release version bump a one-line change (Releasing checklist step 6). Expresses the [mcp] extra via uvx runtime_arguments (--from redcon[mcp]==<version>).

Adds a root
server.jsonsomcp-publisher publishcan register redcon on the official MCP Registry asio.github.natiixnt/redcon(1.11.2). The[mcp]extra is expressed on the uvx side viaruntime_arguments. (Re-open after a transient 502 closed the prior PR.)
