Add the mcp-name marker to the README (baked into the PyPI package so the registry can verify PyPI ownership) and fix server.json to the current camelCase schema. Bump to 1.11.3.

Adds the
mcp-name: io.github.natiixnt/redconmarker to the README (frozen into the PyPI wheel so the MCP Registry can verify PyPI package ownership) and correctsserver.jsonto the live camelCase schema (2025-12-11), modeled on passing registry entries. Bumps to 1.11.3. After the wheel publishes,mcp-publisher publishwill pass ownership validation.
