Portfolio rebuild with inquiry flow and static deployment

Summary

• rebuild the portfolio UI, branding, interactions, and project presentation
• add Calendly scheduling and a server-backed inquiry flow via Netlify Functions + Resend
• prepare the site for GitHub Pages static deployment with CI, coverage reporting, and Pages deploy workflow
