Fix Calendly embed reloading after route navigation

Summary

• replace script-only Calendly embed with a mount-aware client widget component
• reinitialize Calendly inline widget when revisiting contact page after client-side navigation
• clear stale embed DOM before re-init to prevent blank widget state
