Rename the public `heylogs` skill to `changelog` so it no longer collides with the project/CLI name in skill pickers, and front-load action verbs in descriptions to avoid awkward truncation. Remove the internal `create-rule` and `create-versioning` skills, which are not used by maintainers and should not be public. Simplify the install command to `npx skills add nbbrd/heylogs` since the repo now ships a single skill. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
