…26-07-30) The guard lives only in the global ~/.claude/settings.json. This repo's copy carries a roster frozen before the ozzy and wendy personas existed, so a wendy/... or ozzy/... push is denied here by an artifact the AD considers retired (dev-environment #115). Measured 2026-08-04, re-verified 2026-08-06: 36 repos carried it, not the three the AD's Affects-list named. Wave 1 of 2 (public repos first).
