Goal
Adapters for Spanish municipal sports centres (polideportivos, piscinas municipales), so personas in Madrid and València get real classes and facility slots, not only OpenStreetMap places.
Ideas to investigate
- Municipal open data portals, for example datos.madrid.es (sports facilities and activities) and the València open data portal. Check each dataset's licence and API terms.
- Whether any municipality or operator already publishes OpenActive-compatible feeds.
- Mapping the data to ORP

Requirements
- Only sources with an API or an open licence; no scraping (see CONTRIBUTING.md).
- Attribution carried into
sources[], rate limiting, caching, and recorded fixtures for tests.
- Coarse location only in outbound requests.
