orp.json generator page for small providers

Goal

A simple, static orp.json generator page that lets a small gym, club or restaurant create a valid /.well-known/orp.json without writing JSON by hand.

Features

• A form for the provider details: name, URL, address and coordinates (with a map pin), opening hours, accessibility notes and data licence.
• Capabilities: sessions (existing OpenActive RPDE feed URL), facilities (inline list or feed), and menu (link to a schema.org Menu, maybe with a mini menu editor that includes suitableForDiet and nutrition).
• Live validation against provider-manifest.schema.json.
• Download the file, plus instructions for serving it (HTTPS, CORS, caching) from spec/2026-09-16/provider-manifest.md.
• Fully client-side: no backend and no tracking.

Nice to have

• Spanish and English UI.
• Hosting on GitHub Pages.
