Cannot add Multivalued attributes to a Group or User

If you require multivalued attributes say for instance Cisco-AVPair, the radman overrides the existing entry.
Multivalued attributes can be added to the database manually with no problem.

After looking at the code which was altered to account for duplicates, may I suggest looking at the op field value and if it is '+=' then allow multivalued attributes. That also means adjusting the deleteAllBy for the AuthServices?
