The filename contains a spelling error: "firce" should be "force". The file should be renamed to "dependabot-force-rebase.yml".

The workflow is missing an input parameter for the rebase action. The peter-evans/rebase action requires a GitHub token to be provided via the 'token' input parameter. Without this, the action will fail to authenticate and perform the rebase operation. Add a 'with' block specifying the token, such as 'token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}'.
