v4 of the engines action runs on node24, since node20 is being removed from GitHub runners. The inputs and outputs are unchanged.
This moves the
npm-buildtemplate to the v4 commit06d6db4. Same change as nextcloud/.github#801, done here too because this repo'snpm-build.ymldiffers from the org one, so the weekly sync wouldn't reliably pick it up.🤖 AI (if applicable)
