Configurable notification channels for Meeting Proposal votes (Push, Email)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a meeting proposal and select that you want to be notified
2. Have the other person vote (if relevant: in my case it was somebody without an account)

Expected behavior

I get an email notification.

Actual behavior

No email notification received. But in the NC Web UI, I see the event in the notification area.

Calendar app version

no admin access right now, sorry.

Nextcloud version

33.0.8.2

This is by design... we wanted to prevent unnecessary email spamming

@SebastianKrupinski hm, okay - I wonder whether the channels for this (and potentially other) notifications should be configurable. E.g. three checkboxes per type of notification:

• web & desktop
• mobile
• email

In my setup, I am not noticing NC notifications (Android app from F-Droid, web app only open on-demand).
