I’d like to share some positive feedback from a real-world installation using:
Nextcloud 34.0.3
Context Chat 5.5.0-beta0
Context Chat Backend 5.5.0-beta1-cuda
Context Agent 2.8.0
We are continuously adding documents to Nextcloud through an automated Paperless-ngx → Nextcloud workflow and testing incremental indexing under normal use.
In our latest test, Context Chat detected 11 new filesystem events. Without any manual reindexing, all 11 were processed automatically: indexed documents increased from 256 to 267, while filesystem events returned from 11 to 0. The indexing queue, locked queue and action queue were also all at 0 afterward.
So far, the new incremental indexing workflow in the 5.5 beta is working very well in our environment. We’ll continue testing it with additional real documents.
