Provide additional option for call layout customization

Describe the solution you'd like

• Multi- (two-) speaker view
• Two-row patricipant bar (bottom stripe of videos)
  • Make resizable from user gesture (splitpanes like in Mail)?
• Minimize or hide participants with no permissions (passive listeners)
• Hide own video
• Horizontal view for speaker | other participants (opposed to current vertical split)
• Flexible grid in general (masonry)
