I'm seeing the same issue on AIO beta14.2.0 / Nextcloud 35.0.1
But the issue only started when I updated to Talk 25.0.1
The app shows as installed, but am unable to enable it.

Droping the index and then perform the upgrade again fixed it for me.

Had the same issue here. Fixed it by disabling Talk and then logged into the database and issue ALTER TABLE oc_talk_thread_attendees DROP INDEX tta_throom_attendee;. After that I reenabled it, and the migration run without issue,
