Note preview strips whitespace #3065
Description
Steps to reproduce
- Create a todo
- Add a note that includes blank lines between paragraphs
- Click away from the notes field and watch the empty lines disappear and overall formatting change
Apologies if this is a dupe, I looked for an existing bug.
I don't want the layout to change just because I stopped editing the note
Expected behavior
The display of the note shouldn't change just because it's not being edited any longer

Should be fixed by #3066. Needs testing though.
