The EDDY input channel had the revDWI/bval/bvec all in the same channel. So, even if the revDWI existed, the revDWI wasn't concatenated with the DWI before processing. Meaning that the revDWI wasn't even used if provided. Fix was done by @arnaudbore (aka boss approved).
