[BUG] No notification for failed Mirror Sync

• I have tested rclone listremotes and rclone lsd remote: on the host and they work
• I have verified the rclone config is mounted into the container
• I have restarted the container after config changes

Bug Description

Hello - using notification services, I found the following bug.

For the Backup Tasks I have enables Notifications for "Warning" and "Failure"
I had a lost connection to my cloud service which I have synced via mirror mode.

In the UI I got the error, that the sync was not possible due to connection errors, but I did not get anything via Notifications.

Steps to Reproduce

Lost connection to cloud service
Mirror Sync did not successfully run through
No error via Notification.

Expected Behavior

Ecpected behavior: As this is an "Failure" I expect a Push message via my chosen Notification Distritubition Service.

Already deleted them - sorry. But I guess it is eary reproducable on your test instance blocking routes to certain used cloud service.
