fix: use request.ip in getClientIp to prevent IP spoofing via forwarded headers

Summary

Fixes IP spoofing vulnerability in the rate limit service. The previous getClientIp implementation trusted client-controlled x-forwarded-for and x-real-ip headers, allowing attackers to bypass rate limits.

Changes

• lib/services/rateLimitService.ts: Replaced header-based IP extraction with request.ip, which is populated by Next.js from the actual TCP connection IP (trusted when behind a reverse proxy).

Impact

Prevents attackers from bypassing login/analysis rate limits by spoofing x-forwarded-for or x-real-ip headers.
