Added a Smart Repository Health Dashboard to provide a quick overview of repository quality, activity, and maintenance status.

Changes:

• Added RepositoryHealthDashboard component.
• Displayed repository health score and key metrics.
• Included commit activity, issues, pull requests, and dependency status insights.
• Integrated the health dashboard into Repository Insights.
