Added an AI-Powered Pull Request Review Assistant to analyze PR quality and provide improvement suggestions before submission.

Changes:

• Added PullRequestReviewAssistant component.
• Included code quality and readability analysis.
• Added bug detection and coding style suggestions.
• Displayed PR quality score with improvement recommendations.
• Integrated the PR review assistant into Repository Insights.
