- move Project-mtl.md → docs/architecture.md - move style-mtl.md → docs/design-system.md - move FIXES.md → docs/backlog.md - delete stale .github/copilot-instructions.md template - update all cross-references in CLAUDE.md, README.md, and moved files
- Add "supabase" to globalIgnores in eslint.config.js — prevents Deno import errors from hanging the pre-commit hook when lint-staged runs - Fix duplicate "METALLURG" in docs/architecture.md title - Update stale FIXES.md references → backlog.md in architecture.md - Update contact/ and constants/ folder descriptions in architecture.md - Mark backlog #7 (.env.example) as done; clean up Low section notes
