Adds toggle_fullscreen action (F11), command palette entry, and shortcuts overlay row. Hides the CSD header bar on fullscreen via notify::fullscreened signal, restoring it on exit. The wrapper resources directory was missing ghostty's .zshenv symlink, so zsh (with ZDOTDIR pointing there) found no startup files and showed the new-user wizard instead of sourcing the user's config. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

F11 is nice and easy.
Fixing share/seance also.
However, I don't know how the zsh integration work, I can't tell if it's the right fix.
