Upgrade Dashboard lucide-react and Node types. Existing coverage gates allowed Proxy90.33%branches and Dashboard73.31%branches despite the documented95%contract; add212 boundary cases across Proxy,Dashboard andscripts and enforce all four95%floors. Scripts coverage is now actually executed by the existing baseline entry, while every stricterProxybaseline rule remains unchanged. Runtime application code, authentication and live service configuration are unchanged.
