fix(mawaqit): update to v1.3.7 from v1.0.0, applying latest changes

Applied the latest changes done on V4. Skipped previous translation from V4, I'm not familier with those languages, I used the same azan[1,2,3].mp3 files from https://islamcan.com/audio/adhan/index.shtml.
