feat(asus-fan): add ASUS TUF Fan Speed and Profile Switcher

What it does

Live CPU and GPU fan RPM monitor and platform profile switcher for ASUS TUF and ROG laptops. Provides a top-bar widget with thermal accent coloring, left-click profile cycling (Quiet ➔ Balanced ➔ Performance), and right-click quick settings panel with live display mode switching (RPM, Profile, or Both) and dual fan telemetry.

External dependencies

• asusctl - For querying and cycling ASUS platform profiles.
