Fix window size reset when moving windows between workspaces

Summary

The PR fix the issue when the window resets its size and maximize when moving to another workspace with binds, like window-move-to-workspace:number and window-move-to-workspace-next/previous.

Motivation

Moving windows between workspaces without having to resize them again.

Testing

I tried with window maximized, width changed via window-cycle-width and via window-modify-width:, and moved them with both binds and they keep their size.
