Promotes 0.1.39-beta1…beta3 to stable 0.1.39. Maintainer device-accepted.

• Reworks server entry: host/IP field + optional port field + SSL toggle, replacing the old free-text URL field (ADR-0041). URL-paste (with scheme) is handled gracefully.
• Adds opt-in self-signed HTTPS certificate trust for local endpoints only: TOFU pinning with SHA-256 fingerprint confirmation, pin reuse on re-test, change detection, and a Reset button. Remote endpoints always require a valid CA-signed certificate (ADR-0041).
