Summary

Four .claude/ files were sitting untracked in the working tree and would have
been lost on the next clean checkout. They are project tooling, not scratch
files, so they belong in the repo.

  • agents/release-engineer.md — the Rule 14 execution tail: version bump,
changelog curation, branch/commit/PR, CI watch, beta/rc tagging. Stops
before the maintainer-only stable promotion gate.
  • skills/graphql-smoke/ — sends the real queries.graphql against a live
Unraid server and selects each operation by name, so it cannot drift from the
app's actual operations. The vendored schema.graphqls is only a subset of
the live Unraid 7 schema; this is what catches an operation that compiles but
fails on the server (as GetNotificationList once did). Read-only by design —
    it never touches mutations.graphql.
  • skills/adr-new/ — scaffolds the next numbered ADR from the template.
  • settings.json — deny writes to *.keystore and the build directories.

Linked issue / ADR

None.

Checklist

  • ./scripts/local-ci.sh green locally — not run. It builds the whole
app in the pinned container; this change touches no app code, Gradle config
or CI workflow. The required build check on this PR covers it.
  • Appearance change? — no.
  • User-facing? — no, CHANGELOG.md untouched (ADR-0031 does not apply).
  • Squash-merge title will carry the PR number.

These lived untracked in the working tree and would have been lost with the
checkout. They are project tooling, not scratch files:

- agents/release-engineer.md - the Rule 14 execution tail (version bump,
changelog, branch/PR, CI watch, beta/rc tags), stopping before the
  maintainer-only stable promotion gate.
- skills/graphql-smoke - sends the real queries.graphql against a live
Unraid server, selecting operations by name so it cannot drift from the
app. The vendored schema is only a subset of the live one; this is what
catches operations that compile but fail on the server.
- skills/adr-new - scaffolds the next numbered ADR from the template.
- settings.json - deny writes to *.keystore and the build directories.

No app code, Gradle config or CI workflow is touched.
