Daimon can temporarily refuse a wake while stopped or unable to accept durable work. The bridge now preserves those deliveries for replay, honors a bounded retry delay, and avoids publishing them as failed wakes. Other errors retain existing handling.
Validation: full Go test suite, go vet, build, targeted race tests, replay/ACK integration tests, and mutation checks.
