WebKit was excluded from Linux headless CI in the playwright.config.ts webkit exclusion (T17 / P1-E6-W18-S18-T17). Re-enable when Playwright/WebKit Linux headless support is stable.
Why excluded: WebKit requires system-level display/font stack components unavailable in GitHub Actions Ubuntu runners. Chromium and Firefox ship bundled headless binaries and are stable.

Local dev note: WebKit testing on macOS local dev is still valid via pnpm playwright test --project=webkit.
