Upgrade project dependencies and lockfile across the monorepo, including:

• Nuxt 4.5.0 → 4.5.2 (and related @nuxt/* packages)
• pnpm 11.15.1 → 11.24.0
• shiki / @shikijs/langs, isomorphic-git, ohash, and other runtime deps
• Dev tooling: vitest, vite, eslint, wrangler, vue-tsc, test-utils, etc.
• Docs / examples / playground companion deps (@nuxt/ui, @nuxtjs/i18n, @vueuse/nuxt)
• Add temporary minimumReleaseAgeExclude entries for miniflare / wrangler alphas used by the upgrade
