The README was the untouched 'Astro Starter Kit: Minimal' template — it described a project structure the repo does not have and told the reader to delete the file. It said nothing about what this repository is. It is the CRP Observation Tool: an Astro 5 and React 19 app on Firebase supporting the 'CRP in Action: Leading with Observation' initiative, where school observers record evidence of Culturally Responsive Practices against a framework of look-fors that coordinators edit in the browser. Documented the eight routes, the Firebase surfaces, and the eight top-level working-notes files. Reconciled the three names in play — the repo slug edu-experience, the Firebase Studio scaffold name still in package.json (adorable-atmosphere), and EducatorEval. Flagged the hard-coded educator-evaluations Firebase config in src/firebase/config.ts, and recorded the repo as a prototype with no development since 2025-08-25.
