Found during #3 (pre-existing on main, untouched by PR #6): docs/04-需求符合度清单.md counts ✅ 21 / ⚠️ 3 and lists #4 (xlsx 直导) among the ⚠️ items with an exit, but row #4's own 态 cell reads ✅. Counting the 态 column gives ✅ 22 / ⚠️ 2.

Decision needed (compliance verdict): either flip row #4 to ⚠️ (xlsx import is platform-API only, no dedicated button — the honest reading), or drop #4 from the statistics and the exit paragraph. Recommendation: flip row #4 to ⚠️ and keep the exit (二期 xlsx 直导按钮), then re-sync the statistics line.
