  • docs/交付/ now holds the design-proposal Word deliverables: KPI考核管理系统-设计方案-V0.9.docx (review draft, byte-identical to the file sent to the client) and KPI考核管理系统-设计方案-V1.0.docx (client-confirmed version). Each version is a separate file per the delivery-document version discipline; the markdown source docs/00-设计方案.md stays the single content truth.
  • scripts/md2docx.cjs + devDependency docx + pnpm docs:docx regenerate the V1.0 file from the source (cover as its own section without page numbers, header carries the version, page footer "第 X 页 共 Y 页", table-of-contents field).
  • README document table points at the deliverables; CLAUDE.md records that head branches are deleted by GitHub on merge (repository setting enabled 2026-09-03) and that the session no longer attempts remote branch deletion.

Verification: pnpm verify green (validation passed, typecheck clean, 90/90 tests); pnpm docs:docx regenerates the V1.0 file (21,794 bytes, header "设计方案 V1.0").

V0.9 (review draft, as sent) and V1.0 (client-confirmed) are kept as separate
files per the delivery-document version discipline. The docx is generated from
the markdown source with pnpm docs:docx (scripts/md2docx.cjs, devDependency docx).
