PR #100 dropped the metadata-authoring destination in five more places than the four #102 names #148
Found while executing #102 (the ruled Studio card). Filed rather than folded in: #102's dispatch declared a six-file surface and named exactly four rewrite sites; these five are outside it, and widening the surface without reporting is what that card forbids.
How this was measured
By diffing PR #100 (adbcafc, restricted to content/docs), not by enumerating pages from memory:
git show adbcafc -U0 -- 'content/docs'> pr100.diff
Then classifying each removed Console occurrence by what it pointed at. #102's four are the ones where the removed noun named a metadata-authoring destination and the replacement dropped it. The same classification finds five more.
authoring, click path — the exact peer of build/data/index.mdx:21, which #102 fixes
build/index.mdx:3 (description)
"by clicking in Console"
"by clicking through forms"
the same click-build path
build/index.mdx:52
"Wire a Console form."
"Wire a form."
form design
build/automation/flows.mdx:9
"Console's flow builder"
"the flow builder"
flow authoring
build/automation/flows.mdx:279
"Console ships a visual flow builder"
"ObjectOS ships a visual flow builder"
flow authoring — substituted with the product name, so the where is still unnamed
The first is the sharpest: build/index.mdx:13 and build/data/index.mdx:21 carry the same "click-build" row on two pages, and after #102 only one of them names Studio.
Flow authoring really is Studio's, and it is measurable rather than inferred: PILLAR_FOR_SURFACE_TYPE maps flow to the automations pillar (objectui packages/app-shell/src/views/studio-design/StudioDesignSurface.tsx, origin/main at 6ff0eb1).
Everything else PR #100 dropped is correct and must stay dropped
The same sweep classified the rest as the end-user / rendering sense of the word — "a button in Console's record detail", "records in Console", "REST, Console, ObjectQL". Those are #79's unnamed surface and the noun is correctly gone. This card is only about occurrences that named where an author goes.
What settling it looks like
Apply #102's ruling to the five, the same way #102 applied it to its four: name Studio as the destination, without reintroducing Console. The decision is already made — this is transcription, not a question. build/index.mdx:13 should read as build/data/index.mdx:21 now does.
Cost of leaving it
The corpus ends up half-converted: the Build index says "Click-build" with no destination while the page it links to says "Studio → Objects → New Object". A reader who greps for the authoring surface finds it named in some places and absent in others, which is the state #102 exists to end.
Triage: pm:queue, Task. Pure transcription of the already-made #102 ruling to the five measured sites (name Studio as the authoring destination, do not reintroduce Console); build/index.mdx:13 should end up reading as build/data/index.mdx:21 does. No new decision inside.

File surface: content/docs/build/index.mdx, content/docs/build/automation/flows.mdx (stop on breach; explain in the report)
Container & model: M, mode:subagent, model: opus — node scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs --tier content/docs/build/index.mdx content/docs/build/automation/flows.mdx run this dispatch: no path-derived mandate (paths absent from the objectstack tree the tool derives from; it reports that as "not evidence either way"), so the tier is this seat's per-card call. Above the floor because the five sites are not five copies of one edit — see the table-shape trap below, which is the specific thing a mechanical pass gets wrong.
Clause-②: no
Serial constraints cleared: nothing in flight in this lane (zero pm:dispatched cards at round open, zero dev PRs open). Neither file is touched by any other queued card. Sibling dispatches this round are #146 (operate/audit-logs.mdx) and #150 (reference/cli.mdx) — disjoint, and no read-coupling: none of the three pins an assertion about behaviour another is changing. Note cb41537 (PR #151, the #102 ruling) is the most recent commit to touch this area; it is already on main and is your base, not a pending sibling.
Premise re-check, run at dispatch rather than quoted forward
Measured at 514527b; main is now 09a0dd9. Re-measured just now on origin/main — all five sites still read exactly as the card's "It reads today" column:

A git grep for Studio across both files returns zero — so none of this is half-done, and nothing landed since the card was filed that partially converted it. (Zero verified against a control: the same probe does return Studio in build/data/index.mdx.)
The model line is confirmed — build/data/index.mdx:21 reads | **Click-build** | **Studio → Objects → New Object** → forms |.
Adjudication (not re-litigable)
Triage, 2026-08-23: "pm:queue, Task. Pure transcription of the already-made #102 ruling to the five measured sites (name Studio as the authoring destination, do not reintroduce Console); build/index.mdx:13 should end up reading as build/data/index.mdx:21 does. No new decision inside."
The destination noun is settled: Studio, never Console. Do not reopen it.
⚠️ The trap — "should read as build/data/index.mdx:21 does" cannot be taken literally
I measured both rows and they are different table shapes:
build/data/index.mdx:21 — two columns: | **Click-build** | **Studio → Objects → New Object** → forms |
build/index.mdx:13 — three columns: | **Click-build** (fallback) | Admins who prefer forms | The same live metadata |
A literal copy would corrupt the table. What the ruling means is that the same claim must name the same destination, in the column where this table puts the destination — not that the two rows become byte-identical. Read both tables' headers before you write, and make the row say where an author goes in whichever column that is. This is the single most likely way this card gets done wrong.
PM mechanism assumptions (test these; falsifying one is a good outcome)
I assume all five need the destination named, but the shapes differ and two are not table cells at all: :3 is frontmatter description: (watch YAML quoting and length — it is also the page's meta description), and :279 is prose that PR docs: retire "Console" as the end-user surface name; keep Setup for administration #100 substituted with the product name, so "ObjectOS ships a visual flow builder" is not wrong, merely unlocated. Fixing :279 may read better as an addition than a replacement. Use your judgment and say what you chose.
I assume flows.mdx:9 and :279 are both really Studio's. The card supports this with a measurement (PILLAR_FOR_SURFACE_TYPE maps flow to the automations pillar, objectui 6ff0eb1). That is a stale sha from an actively-developed sibling repo — re-verify by content, not by that sha, and if flow authoring has moved, stop and report rather than writing a destination that does not resolve.
Scope, held tight
⛔ Everything else PR #100 dropped must stay dropped. The card classified the rest as the end-user/rendering sense — "a button in Console's record detail", "records in Console", "REST, Console, ObjectQL". Those are #79's unnamed surface and the noun is correctly gone. This card is only about occurrences that named where an author goes. Reintroducing Console anywhere is a breach, not a bonus.
⛔ Five sites, not "five or so". If you find a sixth, report it — do not fold it in. That is precisely what this card is: the report of what #102 could not include. Widening silently is the one thing both cards exist to prevent.
⛔ Do not touch build/data/index.mdx — it is the model, already correct.
⛔ Do not sweep locale siblings. Translations are never a dev agent's output here; siblings go stale by design.
Verification
No changeset flow, no packages/ in this repo. Run pnpm turbo run build and pnpm turbo run test, plus node .github/scripts/check-locale-surface.mjsfrom the repo root — a wrong cwd exits 1 with MODULE_NOT_FOUND, an invocation error rather than a red gate. Read each gate job's own verdict line, not an aggregate.
Because :3 is frontmatter, build the site and confirm the page still renders and its description is intact — a YAML slip there fails in a way a grep will not show you.
The turbo cache is shared across worktrees and has replayed a sibling's green in this repo before. Use --force where a comparison depends on it, and capture exit codes before any pipe.
Reporting
Post your terminal report as a comment on this issue first, then return it. The tracker's body sanitizer eats a leading HTML-comment marker; if yours vanishes, fall back to a literal first line reading os-dev-report. Read your own comment back with a GET; ⛔ never probe the comment-edit endpoint with PATCH — a previous dev in this repo overwrote its own report that way.
Leave your own claim comment (your session ID and branch) in addition to this one. I hold the assignee field; do not touch it. "Already claimed" refers to that field only.
Read this issue's full body and every comment on GitHub yourself, and check the body for sanitizer truncation before trusting it; the issue text is a lead, not a specification. premise_still_valid: false with no PR is a legitimate delivery.

Re-derived the site list independently from 'git show adbcafc -U0 -- content/docs' rather than trusting the card's table: that diff holds exactly five Console removals across these two files that named an authoring destination. build/index.mdx:3 frontmatter description gains 'in Studio' (119 chars, valid unquoted YAML scalar); :13 puts the destination in the cell that already names the mechanism ('Admins who prefer Studio's forms') and leaves the path name bare as '**Click-build**' - the model row at build/data/index.mdx:21 has TWO columns where this one has THREE, so a literal copy would corrupt the table, and the ruling itself left the model's path name bare rather than restoring 'Console click-build' as 'Studio click-build'; :52 becomes 'Wire a Studio form.'; flows.mdx:9 becomes \"Studio's flow builder\", matching \"Studio's **Access** pillar\" from the ruling's own output. flows.mdx:279 is an ADDITION, not a replacement: 'ObjectOS ships a visual flow builder' is true as it stands (the product does ship it) and only unlocated, and replacing the product name with the surface name would trade a true sentence for an odd one, so the sentence stands and \"It is Studio's **Automations** pillar.\" follows it - which also gives the pre-existing 'auditable in the flow builder' at :275 an antecedent. The card's Studio-owns-flow-authoring claim was re-verified BY CONTENT on objectui origin/main 107babe (the card's 6ff0eb1 is stale): StudioDesignSurface.tsx routes /studio/:packageId/{data|automations|interfaces}, PILLAR_FOR_SURFACE_TYPE still maps flow to automations, and AutomationsPillar renders the flow preview with editing: true; form design likewise sits in studio-design/ObjectFormDesigner.tsx. Checklist: draft ✓ · base main ✓ · Fixes #148 on the first line ✓ · two files, +6/−5, exactly the declared surface ✓ · no changeset expected ✓ · all three gates on their ownconclusion — buildcompleted: success, Node floorcompleted: success, Ownership & freshnesscompleted: success.
Spot-checks, run against the PR head myself rather than from the report:
The table is intact. I parsed every row of build/index.mdx's table at the head commit: separator and all three data rows have exactly three cells. This was the card's specific trap and it is the check the report could have asserted without doing.
Console occurs zero times in both edited files. Control-probed — the same grep still finds Console elsewhere in the corpus (architecture.mdx, the agents.* locale siblings), so the zero is a real absence and not a mis-scoped pathspec. Nothing was reintroduced.
The candidate sixth site at build/index.mdx:36 is real and reads as described.
The judgment calls are sound, and one of them is better than the instruction I gave.
My dispatch told you the model row's destination goes "in whichever column this table puts the destination". You went further and noticed the model row kept its path name bare — **Click-build**, not **Studio click-build** — so restoring the destination without touching the path name is what actually keeps the two pages saying the same thing. I checked the model row again and that is correct. Putting it in Who's it for (where the forms are already named) rather than Output ("The same live metadata", which is about the artifact, not a route) follows from that, and the possessive form matches the ruling's own output at configure/permissions/index.mdx:164.
Site 5 as an addition rather than a replacement is right, and for the right reason — "ObjectOS ships a visual flow builder" is true, and swapping in Studio would trade a true sentence for a false-ish one (Studio does not ship things; ObjectOS ships Studio). PR #100 took the where, not the truth, so the repair is to restore the where. That it also gives :275's pre-existing "auditable in the flow builder" an antecedent is a genuine bonus, not a rationalisation.
Verifying the objectui claim by content instead of by the card's sha is the load-bearing step, since two of the five sites rest on it and 6ff0eb1 was stale by 100+ commits.
Declared narrowing, so it is on the record rather than implied: I did not independently re-verify the objectui measurement — that repo has no checkout in this container and is outside this session's scope. I am accepting it on two independent measurements agreeing at different shas (the card's at 6ff0eb1, yours at 107babe), plus the low blast radius of a docs noun. That is a narrowing, not a verification, and I would rather say so than let the ACCEPT imply more than I checked.
Deviations: none.build/data/index.mdx untouched, no locale sibling touched, the correctly-dropped end-user-sense occurrences left dropped.
The sixth site was reported, not folded in — which is the whole point of this card.#148 exists precisely because #102's dev reported instead of widening; doing the same thing one level down is the behaviour working. I am filing it as its own card rather than treating your note as the record, and your reason for not touching it — that objectui states the AI copilot is an injected aiSlot the cloud edition fills, so "is the AI Builder reached in Studio" is a product question, not transcription — is exactly why it cannot ride along here.
Path-surface check before flipping ready: content/docs/build/index.mdx and content/docs/build/automation/flows.mdx — nothing governed, so this lands through the queue.

Console occurs zero times in both files after the change; build/data/index.mdx and every locale sibling untouched; no changeset flow in this repo.", "tests": "All runs on 51c2d77, the head of the branch, after the final commit; heavy runs went through the container's shared verify lock; exit codes captured before any pipe; turbo run with --force because the cache is shared across worktrees (every turbo summary below reports 'Cached: 0 cached', so these are real executions). pnpm turbo run type-check --continue --force -> exit 0, 'Tasks: 1 successful, 1 total' / 'Cached: 0 cached, 1 total'. pnpm turbo run build --force -> exit 0, 'Tasks: 1 successful, 1 total' / 'Cached: 0 cached, 1 total'. pnpm turbo run test --force -> exit 0, '4 self-test(s) passed'. node .github/scripts/check-locale-surface.mjs (repo root, post-build) -> exit 0, 'every advertised URL has a source file and every source file is advertised; both llms bodies carry every en-only page title and none from the other locales; and no page slug in the content tree contains a dot' (sitemap.xml 409 read / 409 expected / 0 unexpected / 0 missing). node apps/docs/scripts/gen-zh-hant.mjs --check -> exit 0, 'zh-Hant: 73 generated file(s) match the zh-Hans sources byte for byte.'. node .github/scripts/check-node-floor.mjs -> exit 0, 'Every declared floor clears what the dependency tree requires, and the declarations agree.'. node .github/scripts/check-translations.mjs -> exit 0, 'translations gate passed' (locale siblings now stale, which is non-blocking by design; no orphans, nothing unstamped). node .github/scripts/check-translation-output.mjs --files (the real diff) -> exit 0, 'translation output gate passed (138 pre-existing finding(s) reported)'. check-translation-ownership.mjs -> exit 0, 'This PR touches 0 translation artifact(s) and 2 other file(s)'. Because site 1 is frontmatter, the render was confirmed on the BUILT artifact rather than by grep: in .next/server/app/en/docs/build.html the description meta tag and og:description both carry the new text intact, the click-build table parses as 3 columns in every row including the header (header ['Path','Who's it for','Output'], row ['Click-build (fallback)','Admins who prefer Studio's forms','The same live metadata']), and 'Console' occurs 0 times in both rendered pages. No ablation was applicable: this is a prose/metadata change with no gate whose ability to fail is in question.", "mcp_calls": "0 GitHub MCP calls - the session's repo-scoped REST probe returned 200, so every GitHub read and write (issue body, comments, PR create/patch/readback, issue create, label, dedupe listing) went through container curl on the REST core pool. One non-GitHub MCP call (add_repo) was used to reach objectui, which turned out to need only an anonymous shallow clone.", "open_questions": [], "out_of_scope_findings": [ "filed as #233: build/index.mdx:36 is a candidate SIXTH PR #100 authoring-destination site - 'Open Console, start the AI Builder' became 'Open ObjectOS', the same product-name substitution shape as flows.mdx:279. Reported, not folded in, per the card's explicit instruction; it is only a candidate because naming Studio there would be a NEW decision rather than transcription - objectui's StudioDesignSurface.tsx states the AI copilot is not part of the open-source surface but an injected aiSlot the cloud edition fills, which is a weaker claim than the route-and-pillar evidence that settles flow authoring." ] }Generated by Claude Code

ACCEPT — PR #232. Driving to landing.
Checklist: draft ✓ · base
main✓ ·Fixes #148on the first line ✓ · two files, +6/−5, exactly the declared surface ✓ · no changeset expected ✓ · all three gates on their ownconclusion—buildcompleted: success,Node floorcompleted: success,Ownership & freshnesscompleted: success.Spot-checks, run against the PR head myself rather than from the report:
build/index.mdx's table at the head commit: separator and all three data rows have exactly three cells. This was the card's specific trap and it is the check the report could have asserted without doing.Consoleoccurs zero times in both edited files. Control-probed — the same grep still findsConsoleelsewhere in the corpus (architecture.mdx, theagents.*locale siblings), so the zero is a real absence and not a mis-scoped pathspec. Nothing was reintroduced.build/index.mdx:36is real and reads as described. The judgment calls are sound, and one of them is better than the instruction I gave.
My dispatch told you the model row's destination goes "in whichever column this table puts the destination". You went further and noticed the model row kept its path name bare —
**Click-build**, not**Studio click-build**— so restoring the destination without touching the path name is what actually keeps the two pages saying the same thing. I checked the model row again and that is correct. Putting it inWho's it for(where the forms are already named) rather thanOutput("The same live metadata", which is about the artifact, not a route) follows from that, and the possessive form matches the ruling's own output atconfigure/permissions/index.mdx:164.Site 5 as an addition rather than a replacement is right, and for the right reason — "ObjectOS ships a visual flow builder" is true, and swapping in Studio would trade a true sentence for a false-ish one (Studio does not ship things; ObjectOS ships Studio). PR #100 took the where, not the truth, so the repair is to restore the where. That it also gives
:275's pre-existing "auditable in the flow builder" an antecedent is a genuine bonus, not a rationalisation.Verifying the objectui claim by content instead of by the card's sha is the load-bearing step, since two of the five sites rest on it and
6ff0eb1was stale by 100+ commits.Declared narrowing, so it is on the record rather than implied: I did not independently re-verify the objectui measurement — that repo has no checkout in this container and is outside this session's scope. I am accepting it on two independent measurements agreeing at different shas (the card's at
6ff0eb1, yours at107babe), plus the low blast radius of a docs noun. That is a narrowing, not a verification, and I would rather say so than let the ACCEPT imply more than I checked.Deviations: none.
build/data/index.mdxuntouched, no locale sibling touched, the correctly-dropped end-user-sense occurrences left dropped. The sixth site was reported, not folded in — which is the whole point of this card. #148 exists precisely because #102's dev reported instead of widening; doing the same thing one level down is the behaviour working. I am filing it as its own card rather than treating your note as the record, and your reason for not touching it — that objectui states the AI copilot is an injected
aiSlotthe cloud edition fills, so "is the AI Builder reached in Studio" is a product question, not transcription — is exactly why it cannot ride along here.Path-surface check before flipping ready:
content/docs/build/index.mdxandcontent/docs/build/automation/flows.mdx— nothing governed, so this lands through the queue.Generated by Claude Code
