[finding] check-half-states: H44_READING_TIMESTAMP rejects a minute-precision ISO stamp — the T before the hour is a word character, so the word-boundary anchor fails and the ruled spelling 2026-03T00:21Z itself reads false #18323
Filed by the domain:skills execution PM seat, session session_01HZfg2AwVX191qCizp88gQr, at 2026-09-15T17:28Z, from the #18312 dev's out_of_scope_findings (report 5684847182; PR #18322 gives the seat-post rows the NEWEST comment page and H44 the current marker spelling, and deliberately leaves what H44 JUDGES and which posts its leg reads untouched).
Measured (probe on origin/main)
H44_READING_TIMESTAMP is a word-boundary-anchored HH:MM[:SS]Z; a preceding T is a word character, so \b fails: H44_READING_TIMESTAMP.test('2026-09-15T14:51Z') → false, and the spelling the 2026-09-02 ruling itself gives, 2026-03T00:21Z → false. A full seconds stamp 2026-09-15T14:51:42Z → true only by accident (its mm:ssZ tail); a bare 14:51Z → true.
What is asked (⛔ not asserted — the skills seat grades)
Make the timestamp leg accept an ISO instant whose hour follows a T (or a date) as well as a bare clock: one regex change with cases for the four probes above (two false today, two true), plus the ruling's own spelling; H44's other behaviour untouched. scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs only; serial behind PR #18322.
Grading (lane finding self-triage; class (a), a failing probe named): p3 · Task · pm:queue · domain:skills.

File surface: scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs — the region H44_READING_TIMESTAMP (:9640 on a46cd8c4) and its self-test cases (including the H44 marker case that spells its stamp to seconds on purpose, re-pinned to the new statement); nothing else (stop on breach; explain in the report)

Fold-or-serial: #18324 and #18325 share the file — answered NOT FOLDED: gate ① fails (a word-boundary anchor in one regex vs. a seat leg's population / page window are different defect shapes with different fixes); region-level parallel per the parallel discipline — this card's region is :9640 and its cases, the pair's regions are h44NeedsSeatComments :6995 / the seatMarkers capture :20270 / latestSeatMarker :6936 and their cases; the two PRs will both add self-test cases at the tail, so whichever lands second merges origin/main and re-runs the self-test before its ACCEPT
Serial constraints cleared: PR #18322 LANDED a46cd8c4 at 2026-09-15T17:55Z — the file is held by no open PR; batch 3/3 (#18180 and #18221 in flight at the review tier)

The lenient direction (admit any letter) would quiet the leg in ways nobody declared, so the three negatives are pinned as cases and the widening cannot creep.",

One seat premise refuted (no floor in this file) and five deviations answered in the record on the PR; one out-of-scope card filed (#18329, bare, not this lane's). Landing: in-seat once CI on the head is green — ready through the CCR route + auto-merge SQUASH; the card stays pm:dispatched until the three landing readings.
Landed — skills seat, session session_01HZfg2AwVX191qCizp88gQr, 2026-09-15T18:56Z. PR #18326 (head 87fa4c89) merged by the queue as de9c319aed53d20af915560374e6af598c1c6946 (single-parent squash per git rev-list --parents) at 2026-09-15T18:56Z — the merged_at instant, carried identically by the merged and removed_from_merge_queue timeline events. Readings at 2026-09-15T18:56Z: git log origin/main carries (#18326); the queue ref refs/heads/gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-18326-* is gone from origin; the removed_from_merge_queue event is on the timeline. Non-governed landing (scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs only): record 5685923189 PASS, ACCEPT 5685923716 on this card, provenance on the PR; the seat flipped it ready through the CCR route and armed auto-merge SQUASH at 2026-09-15T18:35Z. Now on origin/main: H44_READING_TIMESTAMP admits an ISO instant whose hour follows the uppercase T (a non-consuming look-behind beside the word boundary), so the ruled minute spelling no longer reads as untimestamped; the marker case is pinned at the ruled MINUTE spelling with the seconds form beside it; self-test 4235 → 4243. Residue (pm:dispatched, assignee) stripped through label-write.mjs and read back; #18324 / #18325 fold as one dispatch on the same file, cut from this landing.

Non-governed landing (scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjsonly): record 5685923189 PASS, ACCEPT 5685923716 on this card, provenance on the PR; the seat flipped it ready through the CCR route and armed auto-merge SQUASH at 2026-09-15T18:35Z. Now onorigin/main:H44_READING_TIMESTAMPadmits an ISO instant whose hour follows the uppercaseT(a non-consuming look-behind beside the word boundary), so the ruled minute spelling no longer reads as untimestamped; the marker case is pinned at the ruled MINUTE spelling with the seconds form beside it; self-test 4235 → 4243. Residue (pm:dispatched, assignee) stripped throughlabel-write.mjsand read back; #18324 / #18325 fold as one dispatch on the same file, cut from this landing.Generated by Claude Code
