[finding] three sibling list doors declare limit/cursor and never read them, one reporting hasMore: false as a literal — REBUILD of #19365, which stopped resolving on 2026-09-21 #19543

Closed

Description

@os-warren

⚠️ This card REPLACES #19365, which no longer resolves. GitHub cannot restore a number, so this is a new one, and every citation that named the old number has to be re-pointed here. ⛔ Nothing below is written from memory — each section names the artefact it was recovered from, and what could not be recovered is listed rather than filled in.

✅ Re-derived 2026-09-25 on the maintainer's instruction (record: this card's re-derivation comment of that date). Door ① landed (PR #19493). Door ② is absorbed by #17158 (the export-job family retires). Door ③ is unblocked, with the reading taken: the spec half is on this card and the server half is objectstack-ai/cloud#2426, with the list ruled newest-first. Door ④ is retired in favour of GET /api/v1/meta/flow. The former wait on the placeholder #19545 (closed not_planned) is gone. ⛔ The table below is the history as recovered; the re-derivation comment is current.

Why this card exists — 出处三件

What was measured about the loss, ⛔ not inferred. GET /repos/objectstack-ai/objectstack/issues/19365 → 404; the comment ids that card carried → 404. Controls taken in the same act: GET /pulls/19493 → 200, and comment 5755970189 (a record that happened to be posted on the PR rather than the card) → 200. So the issue and comment routes work; that card specifically is gone. ⛔ This card asserts nothing about WHY: the account route /users/... is refused by that session's proxy for every login — control, /users/os-warren, the seat's own account, answers 403 with the same 「sessions are bound to their configured repositories」 body — so no reading available there can answer it.

The ruling — recovered VERBATIM from a landed artefact

PR #19493's body quotes decision batch #204 item 2 (originally comment 5754491070 on the old card), letters C · C · A per door, maintainer 「204 同意」 2026-09-21. For door ① the ruling reads, verbatim:

cursor is retired from ListRunsRequestSchema; limit stays (it is read end to end and the Console's flow-runs page sends it today); the engine reports truncation to the route and hasMore is computed, never hard-coded. A (a cursor protocol for a 100-row window) and B (retire cursor and leave the lie) are ⛔ not taken.

⭐ The same ruling is also carried in merged-to-branch source rather than only in prose: the reason field of packages/spec/src/migrations/entries/semantic/18.automation-runs-cursor-retired.ts names 「ADR-0049 enforce-or-remove (director seat, decision batch #204 item 2, maintainer 「204 同意」 2026-09-21, letter C of three for this door)」. That file is the durable copy and it is why the ruling survived the card.

The three doors

Three sibling list doors carry the identical shape — a declared limit and/or cursor that no reader spends, one of them reporting hasMore as a hard-coded false. The old card's own framing, recovered from a listing this seat took before the loss: 「三扇兄弟门声明 limit/cursor 却从不读,其一还带 .default(20) 让读声明的客户端以为有上限」.

door subject state
① GET /api/automation/:name/runs in flight — PR #19493, letter C. cursor retired via retiredKey(), hasMore computed from the engine
② export jobs ruled (letter C), gated on a cloud-repo reading
③ AI conversations (ai.conversations.list) ruled (letter A), gated on the same reading

Why doors ②③ are not closed by PR #19493, recovered verbatim from that PR's body: 「Doors ② (export jobs) and ③ (AI conversations) are ruled but gated on a cloud-repo reading riding #19361, and the ruling has the seat execute them on that reading's return without re-entering the decision box. A merge that shut the card would strand two-thirds of the ruled work, so the card stays open and the seat re-labels it.」

⚠️ That gating card, #19361, also stopped resolving. It is rebuilt as #19545, which resolves — ⛔ but that rebuild is a PLACEHOLDER: the original request text did not survive, so it names what is known and asks its riders to restate the reading rather than inventing one. ⭐ The quotation above is left EXACTLY as recovered and is ⛔ not re-pointed: it is what PR #19493's body said at recovery time, and editing a quotation to make it current would falsify the word 「verbatim」. That PR's own body has since been re-pointed in place.

Where door ①'s record lives now

PR #19493 is the surviving home for this work's records, because three os-dev-report comments and two contract-review records went with the old card:

  • round-2 contract review, re-anchored: comment 5756785503
  • round-3 contract review (FAIL, Served-tier: 113/113): comment 5757388878
  • the Lint & Repo Gates citation diagnosis: comment 5757007310, with its correction carried in 5757388878

⛔ What could NOT be recovered, stated rather than filled in

What this card asks for next

Nothing new. Door ① continues on PR #19493 at its round-4 rework. ⚠️ The 22 comment-prose sites in that PR that cite the old number must be re-pointed here, or Lint & Repo Gates step #181 (Issue citations this change adds resolve on the board) stays red — its own remedy text forbids guessing a replacement and requires naming a target that resolves, which this card now is.

Dedup words

list door declared limit · cursor never read · hasMore hard-coded false · export jobs pagination declared · automation runs cursor ignored

    Claim: PM loop round 1 from seat domain:spec#2 — RESTORED onto the rebuilt card
    Session: session_01UDXER3sdqfeVYpEWZs5mZx
    Branch: claude/issue-19365-automation-runs-hasmore
    Worktree: objectstack-issue-19365
    Domain: domain:spec
    Seat: domain:spec#2
    File surface: packages/spec/src/api/ (export.zod.ts · protocol.zod.ts · automation-api.zod.ts + their tests), packages/spec/src/contracts/automation-service.ts, packages/spec/src/migrations/ (ADR-0087 entries + registry), packages/runtime/src/domains/automation.ts, packages/services/service-automation/src/engine.ts, packages/client/src/index.ts (in door ①'s surface by the seat's scope ruling), content/docs/automation/flows.mdx, .changeset/ (stop on breach; explain in the report)
    Container & model: S/M, mode:subagent, model: opus (default judgment tier; contract-review-tier REVIEW before enqueue — four such reviews are on PR #19493 already)
    Clause-②: yes
    Thread-read: none
    Serial constraints cleared: Restoration of a claim already carried to a delivered PR, so the forward-looking serial reading is the one on that PR rather than a fresh census: PR #19493 is open at head \ae87f1f` with 35 check names, 31 success / 4 skipped / 0 failure. `packages/spec/src/migrations/registry.ts` is shared and is ORDINARY CONCURRENCY, ⛔ not a serial — the single-claim path set names exactly one path, `.objectui-sha`, and this is not it; the merge that brought another agent's semantic entry into that file this morning resolved by regeneration with both entries present, which is that reading confirmed rather than predicted. No in-flight claim on this card by any seat.`

    ⚠️ Why this claim is being written now, on a card that carries no other comment.

    The original claim comment lived on #19365 and went with it when that card stopped resolving on 2026-09-21. The rebuild (this card) restored the work item, the ruling and the record pointers — but ⛔ not the protocol carriers that lived in its comment thread, and this seat did not anticipate that at rebuild time.

    It surfaced mechanically rather than by recollection: node scripts/pm/check-clause2-carriers.mjs --pair 19493 exits 4 on C2, reporting 「no comment on the card's thread is a claim comment, so the carrier this limb reads does not exist」. The enqueue gate's declaration limb reads the Clause-②: line off the claim comment and nothing else, so without this comment PR #19493 could not enqueue however green it went.

    ⭐ Two disciplines the checker itself names and this comment obeys: the Clause-②: yes line is copied from the template in SKILL.md 〈模板与表〉 rather than composed — the checker records that every measured miss of this predicate was a line written from memory. And Thread-read: reads none because this card genuinely carried zero comments at the moment the claim was written, which is the template's own spelling for that case.

    ⛔ The declaration is unchanged from the original: yes. It is ⛔ not re-judged here — four at-tier contract reviews on PR #19493 have already read this diff, and the declaration is the conservative gate-trigger, ⛔ not the verdict.

    ✅ Correction — this PR is NOT blocked any more. It is in the merge queue.

    domain:spec execution seat 2, session session_01UDXER3sdqfeVYpEWZs5mZx, 2026-09-22T00:3xZ.

    The maintainer re-granted the permission and the call was retried. ⛔ The earlier standing-down note on this PR — "auto_merge could not be enabled … the only remaining act is enabling auto-merge" — is now false and is retracted here.

    ⚠️ And the seat's first read-back of that retry was WRONG. Recording it, because it is the more useful half.

    PUT .../ccr/auto_merge returned 200 {"enabled":true,"merge_method":"squash"}. The seat then read GET /pulls/{n} and saw auto_merge: null on all four, and was one step from reporting "returned 200 but stored nothing" — the known 「状态码不作数」 failure shape.

    That reading was the wrong instrument. On a repository with a merge queue, the action does not populate the auto_merge attribute at all — it enqueues the PR. The repo's own channel table says so in as many words: 「问本仓 auto-merge 是否经队列,答案来自尝试动作,不来自属性字段」, and its criterion ② is the added_to_merge_queue timeline event. The seat read the field the table warns has no discriminating power, ⛔ not the event the table names.

    The evidence, on two independent instruments:

    1. Timeline — added_to_merge_queue on all four, at 00:35:03 / 00:35:05 / 00:35:06 / 00:35:08Z, the exact moment of the four PUTs.
    2. git, zero quota — the queue branches exist on origin and are chained, each built on the previous one's result:
    gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-19602-1c16889a…  -> dc9e29bb
    gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-19609-dc9e29bb…  -> 71f94e29
    gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-19610-71f94e29…  -> 157c62f9
    gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-19493-157c62f9…  -> 85265e6f

    ⇒ queue order #19602 → #19609 → #19610 → #19493, each tested against the cumulative result of the ones ahead of it. That is the merge queue doing its job, and it is ⛔ not a bypass: the seat did not merge, did not enqueue by hand, and submitted no approving review.

    What happens next

    Each PR merges as its queue branch goes green. ⚠️ A queue branch can still fail — it tests a combination that never existed before — and if it does, the PR is ejected and that is this seat's to diagnose, ⛔ not a re-enqueue on reflex.

    Door ① has landed. ⛔ The card does NOT close — doors ②③ are gated. State moves pm:dispatched → pm:blocked.

    domain:spec execution seat 2, session session_01UDXER3sdqfeVYpEWZs5mZx, 2026-09-22T01:3xZ.

    What changed

    PR #19493 merged at 2026-09-22T01:10:01Z through the merge queue. That is door ① (GET /api/automation/:name/runs, letter C — cursor retired via retiredKey(), hasMore computed from the engine).

    ⛔ The merge did not and must not close this card, and that was deliberate on the PR's side: it is Part of this card, ⛔ not Fixes. This card's own body already says why, quoting PR #19493 verbatim: "A merge that shut the card would strand two-thirds of the ruled work, so the card stays open and the seat re-labels it." ⇒ this comment is that re-labelling.

    Why the state is pm:blocked and ⛔ not pm:queue

    door subject state now
    ① GET /api/automation/:name/runs ✅ landed — PR #19493, merged 01:10:01Z
    ② export jobs ruled (letter C), ⛔ gated on a cloud-repo reading
    ③ AI conversations (ai.conversations.list) ruled (letter A), ⛔ gated on the same reading

    Doors ②③ are already ruled — ⛔ so this is not a decision-box item and re-presenting it would be re-litigating a maintainer ruling. They are gated on a cloud-repo reading, which is a missing input, not a missing decision. ⇒ pm:blocked is the state the model prescribes: 「等上游」, with the upstream named on a machine-greppable body line.

    The gate, verified rather than recalled: the reading rode #19361, which no longer resolves; it is rebuilt as #19545, which I read just now — HTTP 200, open, domain:spec, titled "[reading request from domain:spec] REBUILD of #19361…". Lit control on the same instrument in the same act: the neighbouring #19546 → 404, so the 200 is a reading and not a route that answers 200 for everything.

    ⚠️ And #19545 is a PLACEHOLDER, which the taker must know before treating it as a gate that will simply open. Its own text says the original request did not survive and asks its riders to restate the reading rather than inventing one. ⇒ unblocking this card is not "wait for #19545 to be answered" — it is 「a rider restates what reading is needed」, and this card is one of the riders.

    What this seat is doing, and ⛔ not doing

    • Labels: pm:dispatched → pm:blocked, four-step write with read-back.
    • Body gains a machine-greppable Blocked-by: #19545 line so the unlock scan finds it. ⛔ Not a new label, ⛔ not a new sweep.
    • ⛔ Not closing this card. ⛔ Not returning it to pm:queue — a card whose gate is a missing reading is not dispatchable, and putting it back in the queue would hand a dev a job it cannot finish.
    • ⛔ Not restating the reading here. That is the rider's substantive act and it wants its own round; ⛔ this seat does not invent a request text that did not survive.
    • assignee stays: door ①'s records live on PR feat(automation): GET /automation/:name/runs retires cursor and computes hasMore #19493 and this seat follows the card to its end.

    Triage relay from the triage seat (session_01Tw7jnJinGHvoGSi8aFkhPJ), 2026-09-22T18:41Z: a FOURTH door of this card's class, in this card's own file — filed separately as #19528, now closed duplicate into this card so the census stays in one place.

    The door: GET /automation (list flows).

    leg reading, on origin/main
    declares packages/spec/src/api/automation-api.zod.ts:66-69 — limit: z.number().int().min(1).max(100).default(50), cursor: z.string().optional()
    reads packages/runtime/src/domains/automation.ts:1729-1731 — automationService.listFlows() with no arguments
    answers hasMore: false as a literal
    control for the zero ListFlowsRequestSchema → 0 refs in packages/runtime/src + packages/rest/src; ListRunsRequestSchema → 6 and 3 in the same trees ⇒ the instrument sees a wired request schema when one exists

    ⚠️ This door needs its own letter under decision batch #204 item 2. That ruling assigned C · C · A to three doors; a fourth door swept under one of those three would be a widening of a graded scope without a measurement — which this card's own lineage (#19365) already warned about once.

    ⛔ This comment changes no label and no state on this card; it is the relay of a closed duplicate's evidence, nothing more.

    Re-derived and re-ruled: door ② absorbed, door ③ unblocked (split), door ④ retired · pm:blocked → pm:queue · 2026-09-25T02:43Z

    Acting on the maintainer's instructions, given in the maintainer's chat with session session_013RWUA7bNq5bRhehLPqXwMg on 2026-09-25, in answer to this session's per-door analysis of this card:

    Why the card was stuck

    Blocked-by: #19545 pointed at a placeholder that closed not_planned on 2026-09-23, because the lost request text of #19361 was never restated. The line could never fire, so it is removed from the body in the same act. This comment carries the reading it waited for.

    Door by door

    door endpoint disposition
    ① GET /api/v1/automation/:name/runs ✅ landed, PR #19493 (letter C)
    ② export jobs (ListExportJobsRequestSchema and its response) absorbed by #17158. The whole ExportJob… family in packages/spec/src/api/export.zod.ts is retired under #17158's ruling A: no /api/v1/data/export route exists, and objectui retired its consumer first (objectui#10247). Letter C and the cloud reading are no longer needed. The scope note is on #17158.
    ③ ai.conversations.list unblocked; letter A stands; split across two repos (details below)
    ④ GET /api/v1/automation (list flows) retired; the standard read is GET /api/v1/meta/flow (details below)

    Door ③ — the cloud reading, taken 2026-09-25 on cloud origin/main

    • Params agree on every face: spec ListAiConversationsRequestSchema (protocol.zod.ts) declares agentId / limit / cursor; the SDK sends all three; cloud service-ai reads all three (routes/ai-routes.ts validates limit; objectql-conversation-service.ts keyset-pages on (created_at, id), with cursor = the id of the last conversation seen).
    • Defect 1 — inverted order: the server orders created_at asc, but the SDK documents "newest first". With limit=20 a caller gets the 20 oldest conversations.
    • Defect 2 — no next-page signal: the response is { conversations } only.
    • Defect 3 — an unknown cursor restarts silently at page one.
    • Ruled: the list is newest first.
    • This card owns the spec half. ListAiConversationsResponseSchema gains hasMore (and nextCursor, if declared, meaning "the id of the last conversation on the page"), cursor is described, and the SDK doc stays "newest first".
    • Cloud owns the server half, filed as objectstack-ai/cloud#2426: desc order, a flipped keyset, hasMore computed from limit + 1, and an unknown cursor → 400. Land them together, or land cloud after this card.

    Door ④ — retired in favour of GET /api/v1/meta/flow

    • The read already exists on the standard surface. Flows are metadata (ADR-0106), and GET /api/v1/meta/flow (client.meta.getItems('flow')) is the governed read.
    • Every real consumer already uses it: console apps/console/src/pages/developer/FlowRunsPage.tsx:152 (client.meta.getItems('flow')) and Setup packages/app-shell/src/views/setup/PackagedAutomationPage.tsx:144 (GET /meta/flow). client.automation.list() has zero callers in objectstack, objectui and cloud.
    • The door's contract describes a capability nobody built. ListFlowsRequestSchema declares status / type / limit (default 50) / cursor, and the response declares FlowSummary[] plus nextCursor. The runtime (packages/runtime/src/domains/automation.ts, GET /) calls listFlows() with no arguments and answers plain name strings with hasMore: false.
    • Scope of the retirement:
      • the GET /api/v1/automation list route;
      • ListFlowsRequestSchema / ListFlowsResponseSchema;
      • FlowSummarySchema, if no other reader references it;
      • client.automation.list().
    • One ADR-0087 migration entry naming GET /api/v1/meta/flow as the replacement, plus the generated surfaces that ratchet.
    • ⛔ Every other /automation route stays (runs, /_status, the actions and connectors catalogs, create/update/trigger).

    State

    • pm:blocked → pm:queue; priority:p1 and domain:spec stay.
    • Remaining work on this card: the door ③ spec half and the door ④ retirement.
    • Assignee released in the same act: os-warren. Seat 2 of domain:spec is winding down under the maintainer's 「收尾后串行,不开新卡」. Release: session session_013RWUA7bNq5bRhehLPqXwMg; cause: the dead blocker was replaced by a live reading and the seat is winding down; destination: pm:queue, unassigned, domain:spec.

    Review: ACCEPT · PR #20192 at head eb08fb39db3716f8d7cd0cfd0f77583ca28859cf · 2026-09-27T07:17Z

    domain:spec seat 1 (session_01Rjy9MeetSfq34PKn81CRiN), reviewer of record, on claim 5851923574. Checked against GitHub, ⛔ not against the report (5853668920).

    Checklist

    • Shape: draft, base main, first line Fixes #19543. It is the body's only closing keyword. Doors ① and ② were already disposed (record 5825819437), and this PR finishes door ③'s spec half and door ④, so the merge should close the card. Door ③'s server half is objectstack-ai/cloud#2426, not this card.

    • Scope: 40 files, +683/−383. The file list is identical to the report's. No governed path, and no content/docs/releases/.

    • Beyond the claim's named surface, each forced by the retirement, accepted as measured:

      • runtime/dispatcher-plugin.ts: the GET mount is the route's wire half;
      • runtime tests that used GET / as a probe, re-pointed to GET /_status with their subjects unchanged;
      • the dogfood census and deny-surface test;
      • docs/qa/platform-checklist/areas/access-security.json;
      • service-automation/README.md;
      • runtime/test-typecheck-debt.json (−1);
      • the generated strictness counts.
    • Retirement reference surface, measured by the seat at the head. ListFlowsRequestSchema, ListFlowsResponseSchema, FlowSummarySchema and client.automation.list( appear only in:

      • the changeset;
      • the ADR-0087 entry text in registry.ts;
      • the absence pins (automation-api.zod.test.ts:97, the @ts-expect-error at client.test.ts:1227);
      • one docblock and the type-alias pin comment.

      AutomationApiContracts.listFlows is gone: automation-api.zod.ts:662 on main, a note at :630 on the head.

    • Door ④'s wire answer is 405 METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED + Allow: POST. It is pinned on a real socket, with status and code asserted, both anonymous and with a session. It is not the saved-report precedent's 404, because POST createFlow still lives at the path. The ruling 「退役,统一走 /meta/flow」 names no status, so this is accepted as measured; the prose was corrected before the PR opened.

    • Door ③: hasMore is REQUIRED, nextCursor is not declared, cursor is described, and the list is newest first. The dev settled required-versus-optional on the four axes (dispatch Zone 2 item 4). objectstack-ai/cloud main sends no hasMore today, so after this lands the cloud response is off-contract until objectstack-ai/cloud#2426 lands. That is the ruled order: 「Land them together, or land cloud after this card.」 The at-tier review judges it.

    • Tests: spec 540 files / 15824 passed; runtime 279 / 3909; client 50 / 636; dogfood 2 / 75. Typecheck exits 0 for spec, runtime and client. The ablation (the GET mount re-planted) turned the socket pin red and was restored clean.

    • Gates: 116 derived, 116 run, all exit 0 at eb08fb39.

    • CI at this head: 14 success / 2 skipped / 16 in progress / 0 failing (an honest in-progress reading).

    Contract review: owed on the path limb and Clause-②: yes. An isolated at-tier reviewer is running. needs:contract-review is hung on PR #20192 in the same act; ⛔ not readied before a same-shape PASS on this head.

    Landing order: PR #20192 and PR #20194 (#17158) text-conflict in packages/spec/src/migrations/registry.ts and packages/spec/src/type-alias-convention.pin.test.ts (seat's git merge-tree against main). This PR (p1) lands first; PR #20194 merges forward after it.

    Deviations: 405 instead of 404, measured (above). Commits carry the model-free trailer pair. The spec typecheck ran at --max-old-space-size=6144.

    PR #20192 CI red at eb08fb39: two gates of its own · landing order swapped · 2026-09-27T07:32Z

    domain:spec seat 1 (session_01Rjy9MeetSfq34PKn81CRiN), on ACCEPT 5853720158. Both failures sit in lines this PR adds, and neither is a flake:

    1. Lint & Repo Gates (job 108571747003), check-issue-citations: 「2 citation(s) THIS CHANGE ADDS do not resolve」. The citation is #8715 (allocated-but-absent, REST answers 404). It appears at packages/spec/src/migrations/entries/retired-defs/18.api__ListFlowsRequest.ts:13 and at the generated copy, packages/spec/src/migrations/registry.ts:18312. The same wording exists on main in 28 older files; the gate judges only added citations.
    2. Dogfood Regression Gate (1/3) (job 108571788457), test/authz-conformance.test.ts ([finding] authz-conformance.matrix.ts:27 states the route ledger holds "94 rows / 19 families" in the present tense — measured 91 today, and the cause is #14503, not the gate move it sits next to #17111 docblock-figure pins, 2 cases): 「packages/runtime/src/route-ledger.ts: docblock says 82 rows, the table holds 81」. The figure is at packages/qa/dogfood/test/authz-conformance.matrix.ts:28, which this PR's retirement made false.

    Plan: a patch round by the original dev, carrying both fixes and any item from the at-tier review now running on this head. It is dispatched when a batch slot frees (the seat is at its ceiling of 5).

    Landing order swapped: PR #20194 (#17158) is green on every check at a050a8a7, so it lands first once its at-tier review passes. This PR's patch round then merges origin/main forward through scripts/pm/os-regen-merge.sh, re-deriving the type-alias pin count from the merged tree, and one delta at-tier review covers the new head. This supersedes the order stated in both ACCEPTs.

(2) #17111 pins: authz-conformance.matrix.ts reads 81 rows / 21 domains, derived from the ROUTE_LEDGER table (81 rows, 21 distinct domains; domains unchanged). The sweep also fixed authz-probe-blind-spot.census.ts:109 and the dated note in authz-ledger-population.baseline.ts. The lint.yml comment hunk was reverted on the PM's instruction (no gate reads it; noted in Acceptance notes). #20194 merged at 08:13Z as 4db1bf17 (an ancestor of HEAD); origin/main then came in through os-regen-merge.sh (merge fd76315a, regeneration 3b8a66d6); the type-alias pin count was re-derived from the merged file: 786.",

    Landed: PR #20192 → 3875ae6773 · 2026-09-27T10:42Z

    domain:spec seat 1 (session_01Rjy9MeetSfq34PKn81CRiN), claim 5851923574. Landing record.

    • Merged through the merge queue at 2026-09-27T10:41:56Z as 3875ae6773. Two readings: it is origin/main's tip, and the queue branch gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-20192-… is gone.

    • Path to it:

      CI on f3ed706f: 38 success / 4 skipped / 0 failed. Not governed; 1083 lines. At arming, the merge was clean against af32cf9a, with all 665 migration entries present.

    • Verified by content on origin/main, each against the parent 7e7fab73:

      • export const ListFlowsRequestSchema in api/automation-api.zod.ts is absent (present on the parent);
      • ListAiConversationsResponseSchema declares hasMore (absent on the parent);
      • the semantic entry automation-flow-list-route-retired is present (absent on the parent);
      • the type-alias pin count is 786 (787).

      Control: createFlow in automation-api.zod.ts is present on both.

    • Card: closed completed by Fixes #19543; pm:dispatched lifted in this act. No other card closed in the window.

    • Downstream: door ③'s server half is objectstack-ai/cloud#2426, under the ruled order 「land cloud after this card」. Cloud consumes @objectstack/spec as a published package, so its unlock criterion is an installable release that carries this change, ⛔ not this merge alone.
