list empty states contradict the page: "not added by hand here" beside an Invite / Register button, and "match your current filters" when only the view's own filter applies #11687

Description

@objectstack-fleet

Path: ② the capabilities an end user meets in the app — list views | 缺项 | P2

Split by the triage seat (objectstack-wide, seat post objectstack-ai/objectstack#6015) · session_01AavokzJ5DndAwitDXvKy4U from objectui#11672 (the 2026-10-06 console dogfood sweep, showcase, framework ce577ec4), item 15 (empty-state copy). Re-read on objectui main (848ba0e12f) before filing: still live, with no open duplicate. ⛔ Not a claim, ⛔ not a dispatch.

Triage: lands in packages/app-shell/src/utils/managedByEmptyState.ts (about :108–:115) and packages/plugin-list/src/ListView.tsx (about :5203–:5225) ⇒ domain:ui; rationale: the empty-state copy ignores the page's own create action and confuses a view filter with a user filter.

What happens

Invitations, API Keys and OAuth Applications say "These records are created by the authentication provider … not added by hand here" beside an "Invite User" or "Register OAuth Application" button. Webhooks (the Active view, zero rows) says "No records match your current filters or search." when no filter or search is applied.

Done when

  • The managed-by copy is not used on an object whose page offers a create action.
  • "Your filters" appears only when the user has applied a filter or search. A view's own filter gets its own wording.
  • Pins: the four measured pages.
