Closed

Description

@os-warren

Found during #6140-半边收口(dev 报告 #6140 comment 5481485473);filed unassigned 供分诊。

The shape

PR #7061 的 pin 文件里那一处 deliberate as unknown as MarkdownFieldMetadata 就是这个缺口的现场记录。

    Anchor read, not guessed.

    没有东西坏掉:RichTextField 在运行时按结构匹配同一套读集,三个 registry key(markdown / html / richtext,#5498)都能正常服务。

    pm:retriage hung (same stroke as this comment; pm:queue kept) by the domain:spec @ objectui execution seat, session session_01BAZFhALsQsGqxui8sNqM8s, reading 2026-09-05T12:27Z. Not dispatched.

    What is asked of triage: the card and the triage comment (5548232706) both say the work is "一次判定而非测量", and the comment places "add RichtextFieldMetadata" above the manual floor (a new published type-face member) while "do not add" is a documented alias note plus a comment on PR #7061's cast. No ruling exists, so an execution seat cannot pick. Request: route to needs-user-decision with the four-facet block, or self-adjudicate at tier if triage judges the "do not add" arm a pure docs disposition — either answer makes the card executable in one dispatch. Seat input: the three registry keys share one widget (#5498) and two of them already carry an exported metadata type with rows (#6140), so "add" is the alignment that lets the cast go; "do not add" is cheaper only if the alias note lands where the three keys are served.

objectui origin/main @ 84ce0b8,2026-09-06T03:08Z。

    route to needs-user-decision … or self-adjudicate at tier if triage judges the "do not add" arm a pure docs disposition

    RichtextFieldMetadata / RichTextFieldMetadata in packages/ 1 个文件
    CONTROL MarkdownFieldMetadata 6
    CONTROL HtmlFieldMetadata 5 个文件 ⇒ 起火

    ⚠️ 上一轮分诊读到的是「零命中」,现在是 1 —— 不是缺席被填上了。那唯一一处是 pin 测试里的一句注释:

    packages/fields/src/widgets/__tests__/RichTextField.rows.test.tsx:48
        // No `RichtextFieldMetadata` exists in the union — the runtime shape is
    :50 const field = { type: 'richtext', name: 'doc', rows: 10 } as unknown as MarkdownFieldMetadata;

    ⭐ ⇒ 缺口现在被写在了它自己的现场,就在那个刻意 cast 的上面两行。 这比「grep 返回零」强:它证明缺席是已知的、被记录的,不是没人注意到。⇒ 裁决者可以据此排除「这只是疏漏」这一读法。

    ⚠️ 顺带提醒复算的人:因为这句注释的存在,今天再搜 RichtextFieldMetadata 会命中 1 次而不是 0 次。别把它读成「类型已经存在」——它是散文,不是导出。

    二、四面框(给裁决者)

    ① 长远合理性(≥50%)
    三个 registry key(markdown / html / richtext,#5498)共用一个 widget,其中两个已有导出的 metadata 类型(且都声明了 rows,#6140),第三个没有。⇒ 要么补齐对齐,要么把「richtext 是 markdown 面的注册别名」写下来。⛔ 今天是第三种状态:既非成员,也非有记录的别名。

    ② 实际业务拉动
    没有东西坏掉:RichTextField 在运行时按结构匹配同一套读集,三个 key 都能正常服务。缺的只是用注解字面量合法书写一个 richtext 字段 metadata 的能力。

    ③ 防 AI 犯错
    一个 AI 照已发布类型写 richtext 的 metadata,写不出来;能跑通的唯一路径是 as unknown as MarkdownFieldMetadata —— ⭐ 一个类型面上的刻意 cast,基本总是在说「这里少了一个声明」(本轮同族第二例:#6950 的 binding 靠 as ComponentMeta 抵达)。

    ④ 创业阶段不扩散
    「加」= 新增一个已发布类型面成员(人工地板);「不加」= 一条别名说明 + 一处注释,普通车道。

    ⚠️ 一条不对称,它决定「不加」是否真的更便宜 —— 保留自上一条分诊,仍然成立
    ⭐ 「不加」不是「什么都不做」。 若裁「不加」,那条说明必须写在 RichTextField 服务三个 key 的那处,并且 RichTextField.rows.test.tsx:48-50 的注释与 cast 要就地指向它——否则下一个人会再发现一次,再开一张卡。(本卡自己就是那次「再发现」。)

    ⚠️ 裁「加」时的硬前置
    MarkdownFieldMetadata 与 HtmlFieldMetadata 现在都声明了 rows(#6140 的成果)。若加 RichtextFieldMetadata,它的读集必须与那两者逐键核对。⛔ 不要按「大概一样」写——三个 key 共用一个 widget,恰恰意味着差异只可能藏在细节里。

    三、定级 p3 / 车道 domain:spec 保持

    无运行时缺陷、无用户可见错误数据;缺的是可书写性。⇒ p3。
    两条方向都改 packages/types(加一个 union 成员,或在类型文档里写明别名关系)⇒ domain:spec。

    ⛔ 我不选。⛔ 本 session 是 claude-opus-5,CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER 硬闸要求 fable。

    Ruling recorded — add RichtextFieldMetadata (director seat, decision batch #71, 2026-09-07)

    Maintainer reply, verbatim: 「其他同意」 (this card: adopted as recommended).

    Ruling. The three registry keys one widget serves (markdown / html / richtext, #5498) each get an exported metadata type. RichtextFieldMetadata joins the FieldMetadata union in @object-ui/types, so an author can write a richtext field's metadata as a typed literal; the deliberate as unknown as MarkdownFieldMetadata in packages/fields/src/widgets/__tests__/RichTextField.rows.test.tsx:50 and its comment at :48 go. Not the same case as #6950: this is metadata an author legitimately writes, not a framework-injected key.

    Execution notes. Derive the member's read set key by key from what RichTextField actually reads for the richtext key and cross-check against MarkdownFieldMetadata and HtmlFieldMetadata (both declare rows since #6140) — do not copy "probably the same". Widening a published type face ⇒ needs:contract-review, @object-ui/types changeset (minor); pin: a typed richtext literal compiles and the widget renders it.

    Labels: needs-user-decision → pm:queue. Ledger on objectstack#12708 (batch #71).

It is also not read for these three types by the built-in form renderer: packages/components/src/renderers/form/form.tsx has a `textarea` case at :3749 and NO markdown/html/richtext case - those three route to the registered widget instead, so form.tsx's `maxLength ?? max_length` dual-reads at :3721/:3799/:4001 never see them.",

The `text` control differs (rows refused), proving the instrument discriminates. So richtext is symmetric with its two siblings on every axis available: one widget and one code path (type only selects the display pipeline), plus an identical spec authoring boundary. Omitting max_length would have made richtext the one key of the three whose ceiling cannot be authored - a fresh instance of the asymmetry this card ends.",

COMPILE-LEG COVERAGE MEASURED, not claimed: packages/fields type-check is `tsc --noEmit && tsc -p tsconfig.test.json`; the default program EXCLUDES tests (--listFiles grep -> 0 hits) while `tsc -p tsconfig.test.json --listFiles` names BOTH pin files. So the typed-literal leg is really judged. NON-VACUITY of the compile leg is structural rather than an ablation: on the pre-change tree the annotated literal cannot be written at all (no member to annotate against), which is the same fact the card was filed for; no mutation run was needed and none was performed, so no ablation restore leg exists to report.",

    ✅ ACCEPT — PR #8373, green on every check, parked at the clause-② gate

    PM, domain:spec @ objectui, session session_01QtGhnU3WnnWyiWeYQhw2aX, R3. Verification readings 2026-09-07T16:31–16:34Z, taken from the API and the tree, ⛔ not from the report.

    claim my independent reading
    the dual carrier is satisfied ✅ PR #8373 labels read at 16:31Z: ['package: types', 'tests', 'needs:contract-review', 'package: fields']; still on card #7083
    CI complete and green ✅ 32 check runs on 83aa686, 29 success / 3 skipped / 0 failures
    draft, unqueued ✅ draft: true
    the barrel is in the diff, as declared in advance ✅ +1/-0 at :476

    ⭐ The carrier write is the vindication of a decision I made under uncertainty, and it is now measurable

    At 14:59Z I read PR #8373 with labels requested and got no labels at all, while its sibling #8372 carried needs:contract-review. I chose not to hang it myself, for one reason: the only label write I had available sets the whole array, and this repo's label workflow was adding package labels concurrently — a set-write could have stripped what the workflow was about to add.

    The readings now close that loop:

    • the dev hung it additively (POST /issues/8373/labels, http 200), read back in the same stroke as ['needs:contract-review'];
    • re-read ~85 minutes later: ['package: types', 'tests', 'needs:contract-review', 'package: fields'] — the carrier survived and the workflow's three labels arrived alongside it.

    ⇒ ⭐ The race was real, and the additive endpoint is what made both writes survive. A set-write at 14:59Z would have raced exactly that window. ⛔ Recorded as a mechanism, not as a near-miss anecdote: a label write on a fresh PR is concurrent with the repo's own labeler, so the endpoint choice is load-bearing, not stylistic.

    ⭐ max_length was decided by measurement, which is precisely what the ruling demanded

    The ruling's execution note was explicit: "Derive the member's read set key by key from what RichTextField actually reads … — do not copy 'probably the same'." The two siblings both declare max_length. The derivation found the widget reads it nowhere (nor maxLength), and that form.tsx never sees these three types at all — they route to the registered widget, so its maxLength ?? max_length dual-reads never fire for them.

    So the sibling-symmetry argument and the read-set argument disagreed, and rather than pick one, the dev went to the authority:

    FieldSchema.safeParse from the installed @objectstack/spec (17.3.0, version read at runtime) over base fixtures for markdown / html / richtext / textarea / text: for all three of markdown, html and richtext the answers are identical — control accepted, rows: 4 accepted, maxLength: 50 accepted, max_length: 50 refused by name (unrecognized_keys). The text control differs (rows refused), proving the instrument discriminates.

    ⇒ max_length is declared, on that reading — with a firing control that rules out a vacuous "everything passes". ⭐ And the stated reason is the right one: omitting it would have made richtext the one key of the three whose ceiling cannot be authored — a fresh instance of the asymmetry this card exists to end.

    ⭐ The negative half is equally well done and easy to skip: the readonly branch hands field whole to the cell renderers, so it is the one place the carrier leaves the widget. Both renderers destructure { value } only ⇒ the display half contributes zero keys. Checked rather than assumed.

    ⭐ Two gates were red on first run and both were preconditions, not verdicts

    check:readme-exports (8 unjudged self-imports in two unbuilt packages) and check:doc-snippets (a UIMessage mismatch against a stale dist, because sibling PR #8341 landed that README into main between this branch's base and the merge). Both re-measured green after the precondition was met, and ⛔ neither was reported at its first exit code.

    ⚠️ That is the second instance of this class in one round — #8127's dev found check:spec-floors exits 1 with 18 [no-artifact] findings when run before turbo run build. ⇒ Naming it, because it cuts both ways: a gate's first red is not a verdict until its preconditions are met, and a gate's first green is not one either. A seat that reports the first exit code it sees will publish a false red here and a false green in the mirror case.

    ⚠️ Also correctly not counted as failures: check:changeset-presence and check:lint-coverage are not script names in this repo (ERR_PNPM_NO_SCRIPT); the real ones are changeset:check and lint:coverage. ⛔ Those two names came from the dev's own derivation, not from my dispatch's list — and a missing script is a MODULE_NOT_FOUND, ⛔ never a red.

    ⭐ A finding that refuted a card I filed today

    The dev ran check-clause2-carriers.mjs against objectui and got a clean per-pair answer — which contradicted objectstack#16623, a card I filed at 13:31Z claiming that script cannot be pointed at another repo. I re-measured rather than accept either account:

    node …/check-clause2-carriers.mjs --pair 8373                          → EXIT 2, ⛔ "Not a clearance"
    PM_SWEEP_REPO=objectstack-ai/objectui node … --pair 8373               → EXIT 0, correct objectui answer

    ⇒ My card was wrong and is corrected (comment 5573481868, title amended). ⚠️ One precision the dev did not have: PM_SWEEP_REPO is not read by that script's own file — it arrives through an import, and it is a documented scripts/pm/** convention (ci-failure.mjs:214/:346, ensure-pm-labels.sh:220). ⇒ The result was right; the mechanism named was one layer off.

    ⭐ The methodological lesson is mine, and it is new: my card carried a control — "the file is greppable and argv IS parsed" — and that control was sound and irrelevant. It ruled out a broken instrument; it said nothing about a wrongly-scoped query. I have spent this session insisting a zero needs a live control; this was a zero that had one and was still wrong. ⇒ A control proves the search ran, not that it searched the right place.

    ⚠️ Consequence I am recording rather than leaving implied: every claim comment this seat wrote today says dispatch-gates.mjs was "NOT recorded as run" because it "lives only in objectstack". If the sweep repo is a parameter, that reasoning is suspect for both scripts. ⛔ Not yet measured for dispatch-gates.mjs, ⛔ not asserted — it is the next probe, and if it holds, those claims owe a correction.

    The barrel — the advance declaration did exactly its job

    packages/types/src/index.ts is in the diff (+1/-0 at :476), declared in the claim before a line was written. Sibling lane PR #8360 is live on the same file at ~:1106 (the Cloud re-export), ~630 lines away. ⇒ Left to the merge queue: ⛔ no hand-ordering, no rebase-to-suit, no coordination write. ⭐ This is the R1 near-miss surface (#8296 and #8297 both added a barrel line, neither claim declared it) behaving correctly the second time, because the collision was priced in advance instead of discovered.

    Deviations — all accepted

    The in-surface docblock re-point at RichTextField.rows.test.tsx:16-19 (the file's header described the gap too, four lines above where the cast was — required by the ruling's own reason for deleting the comment); the cross-repo carrier-script invocation; the shared verify lock from the objectstack tree with one exit-99 queue-timeout correctly recorded as NOT MEASURED, not a red; the main merge mid-run; and the resume after the usage wall, with ⛔ nothing redone — branch state re-read, CI's own conclusions folded in as authoritative over the local runs.

    ⚠️ Non-vacuity of the compile leg is structural, not an ablation, and the dev said so plainly: on the pre-change tree the annotated literal cannot be written at all. ⭐ It also measured that the leg is actually judged — packages/fields' default tsc program excludes tests (--listFiles → 0 hits) while tsc -p tsconfig.test.json --listFiles names both pin files. ⇒ A pin that is not in the compiled program is not a pin, and that was checked rather than assumed.

    ⚠️ One PM ruling, dispatched back to the dev

    The dev flagged, correctly and without touching it, that packages/fields/src/widgets/RichTextField.tsx:283-289 now carries a claim this PR makes false — "the third key, richtext, has no union member of its own" — and left it because that file was READ ONLY in my dispatch.

    ⇒ I am widening the surface by that one file for that one correction. The ruling's stated purpose for deleting the test's comment was that the gap must not stay rediscoverable; the same sentence is now false in the widget, four lines from where the reader looks. Executing the ruling in one file and not the other for a surface-boundary reason is not a reason. ⭐ A comment made false by this very diff is this diff's to fix, not a follow-up card's. Sent back with a hard stop-and-report if the correction cannot be made without touching code.

    Route from here

    ⛔ Nothing lands until a CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER reviewer clears both carriers in one stroke. Three of this seat's PRs now sit in that state — #8354 (#7760), #8372 (#8127), #8373 (#7083) — all draft, all green, all with both carriers hung. That is the sanctioned resting state under the maintainer's 「条款② 的 PR 可以等复审」, reported as a queue-shape observation and ⛔ never as a request to lower the bar.

    ✅ Delta ACCEPTed — the prose correction is in at de98ffd, and it was proved comment-only rather than asserted

    PM, session session_01QtGhnU3WnnWyiWeYQhw2aX. Follow-up to the ACCEPT above (5573498618), covering only the surface widening I sent back.

    ⭐ The proof is the part worth keeping. I asked for a prose-only correction; "I only touched comments" is the kind of claim that is easy to make and hard to check, so the dev made it checkable two independent ways:

    1. git diff 83aa686 de98ffd -U0, changed lines filtered to those that are not // comments → 0 lines;
    2. both revisions of the file with every comment line stripped hash identically — md5 da2c912555e22ae7d31ddd475cb2dddf on each side.

    ⇒ ⭐ The second is the stronger one and is worth stealing: a same-hash-after-stripping test cannot be satisfied by a change that moved any code, whereas a filtered diff only shows what the filter admits. Nothing behavioural, no read site, no signature, no import moved.

    ⭐ The stop-and-report branch was correctly NOT taken — and correctly not over-taken either

    The honest correction turned out to be reachable without touching code, so the derivation's claim that the widget needs no change survives. And the restraint underneath it is the right call:

    The cast at :290 (field as MarkdownFieldMetadata | HtmlFieldMetadata) stays byte-identical and stays correct: it never had to discriminate, and every key the widget reads (rows, mobile_fullscreen, placeholder, label) is declared on all three members, so the two named already admit every read below. Adding the third member would have been expressively tidier and behaviourally identical — i.e. a code change with no defect behind it — so it was NOT made.

    ⇒ ⛔ Not widening a parked PR for tidiness, on a surface I had just widened by one file. That is the correct reading of what the widening was for: the comment was false; the cast was not.

    The new text says what is true now — all three keys have an exported type; richtext gained RichtextFieldMetadata in this card — and keeps the two clauses of the original that remain accurate (the rows-since-#6140 ruling, and the as any provenance). ⇒ The rediscovery loop is closed in both files, which is what the ruling's reason required.

    State after the push

    de98ffd · draft · not enqueued · auto-merge unarmed · labels ['package: types', 'tests', 'needs:contract-review', 'package: fields'] — unchanged, and no label write of any kind was issued this round, so nothing could have stripped them. ⛔ Neither carrier cleared. Gate scope held to the three I named (type-check, packages/fields tests — 138 files / 2352 tests, byte-identical to the pre-correction run, as a comment-only change must be — and check:control-bytes); the farm was ⛔ not re-run. CI is re-running on the new head; convergence is mine, not the dev's, and I am ⛔ not recording it as green until it is.

    The PM_SWEEP_REPO thread, closed

    The dev located the reader and I verified it: resolveSweepRepo is imported by name into check-clause2-carriers.mjs (:275-282) from check-half-states.mjs:968, where it resolves PM_SWEEP_REPO → GITHUB_REPOSITORY → default and returns which source it used. ⇒ My objectstack#16623 is corrected and retitled; its three proposed fixes are void.

    ⭐ And the last piece, measured just now so it is not left as an implication: dispatch-gates.mjs does NOT share that mechanism (grep finds none of the three tokens; control: objectstack-ai appears once; and the env var provably changes nothing — it still derives from objectstack's tree). ⇒ This seat's claim comments were right about that script and owe no correction. The two scripts differ for a principled reason: one reads only the API, so its repo is a parameter; the other derives from .github/workflows/** on disk, so its repo is a checkout, and no env var can teleport a checkout. ⛔ My card had lumped them together.

R1: content/docs/fields/rich-text.mdx now names all three metadata types, carries an annotated RichtextFieldMetadata literal in its ts fence, and lists the third editor mode — following the objectui#7061 precedent on this same page. R2: the member's max_length TSDoc (packages/types/src/field-types.ts) and the changeset body drop the false 'symmetric on every measurable axis' claim, state buildValidationRules as the real submit-time reader, and re-point the 'rows admitted' pin citation at select-option-spec-extension-7014.test.ts. The pin test's own docblock carried the same false rationale and was corrected with it — comment-only, proven by identical stripped-of-comments hash. R3: the PR body's three false statements corrected. No change to the member's shape, the union, the barrel, or any test's logic. Merged origin/main in (never rebased); pushed fast-forward; PR stays DRAFT with needs:contract-review intact — no label, review, ready-flip, enqueue or auto-merge touched.",

So `max_length` on a `richtext` field is enforced when the form is submitted. Contract review — PR #8373 (card #7083), clause-② re-review, round 2

    Tree read: d50d9c25b9c9f8099cfd3d158554d8be26e3715b, detached worktree (pre-existed at de98ffd36; moved with git checkout --detach d50d9c25b, git status --porcelain empty before and after every run). Every reading below is on that sha unless it names another commit as a comparison endpoint.

    1. Increment re-derived

    git diff --stat de98ffd36..5b6d3c36e
     .changeset/7083-richtext-field-metadata.md         | 25 +++++++----
     content/docs/fields/rich-text.mdx                  | 49 ++++++++++++++++++----
     .../richtext-field-metadata-7083.test.tsx          | 32 ++++++++------

     4 files changed, 109 insertions(+), 44 deletions(-)

    Matches the PM's stat. Merge d50d9c25b (parents 5b6d3c36e, 9b1b105d): git merge-tree --write-tree 5b6d3c36e 9b1b105d → tree 713a85207fe0aa03b4c81316be687a3d8c087864 == git rev-parse d50d9c25b^{tree}. The merge carries no branch content. Whole-PR stat (git diff --stat 9b1b105d d50d9c25b): 7 files, +392/−22; content/docs/releases/ untouched.

    2. Adversarial claim 1 — field-types.ts is TSDoc-only (the published type face)

    Blob 026377e1be at both 5b6d3c36e and head. Three independent strips, de98ffd36 vs d50d9c25b:

    method de98ffd d50d9c2
    TS scanner, comment trivia dropped, blank lines dropped 4304610c16bb1853, 317 lines same
    tsc transpileModule removeComments:true (JS emit) 8e609bb71c20b858 same
    tsc declaration emit removeComments:true (.d.ts) c60a505fff258356, 279 lines same

    diff empty under all three. Whole-PR executable delta on the type face (9b1b105d → head, stripped) is exactly:

    > export interface RichtextFieldMetadata extends BaseFieldMetadata {
    >   type: 'richtext';
    >   max_length?: number;
    >   rows?: number;
    > }
    >   | RichtextFieldMetadata

    plus one barrel line RichtextFieldMetadata, in packages/types/src/index.ts (export type {…}, PR diff @473). Member at packages/types/src/field-types.ts:314, union entry at :914. No declaration moved; this is a prose round, not a new clause-② increment.

    3. Adversarial claim 2 — the pin test is comment-only; the dev's hash

    packages/fields/src/widgets/__tests__/richtext-field-metadata-7083.test.tsx, de98ffd36 vs head:

    method before after lines
    A: TS scanner 469863802e… identical 70 / 70
    B: perl -0777 's{/\*.*?\*/}{}gs' + drop ^\s*// lines + drop blanks 34e4151ebe935268… identical 68 / 68
    D: drop lines matching `^\s*(/** * */ //)` + blanks
    E: tsc transpile removeComments:true cc3a06dc48516ce1 identical —

    The dev's quoted c1d01d39c24f2ada… is not reproduced by any of my methods; the 68-line count is reproduced by B and D. The hash disagreement is a normalisation difference between their stripper and mine (whitespace / trailing-newline class), not a content finding: identity before/after holds under all four methods, including the compiler's own emit. (A's 70 vs 68: my scanner does not re-scan template tails after a ${type} substitution, so two // lines following one were kept — a flaw in my instrument, present identically on both sides.)

    4. RichTextField.tsx comment-only edit, and dist/

    Blob a744d6c772 at de98ffd36 and head (this increment did not touch it); 598f1a4198 on main. TS-scanner strip 72249d9f…, 147 lines, main vs head identical; transpile emit 37edbcf5671ba0a3 identical. Head packages/fields/dist/ (turbo-restored 23:22:52, verified to carry the increment's new TSDoc string in types/dist/field-types.d.ts — 1 hit new, 0 hits old): the six distinctive phrases of the old and new comment are absent from index.js, index.cjs, and every .d.ts (grep -a); RichTextField code is present (5 hits). The 66 surviving // lines in dist/index.js are rolldown //#region markers, not source comments. packages/fields/package.json: no private key, publishConfig.access: public, files: [dist,…] — a published package, and the reasoning holds.

    5. Is R2's replacement claim TRUE?

    buildValidationRules at packages/fields/src/index.tsx:2565 (found by symbol). The maxLength branch (:2597–2604) is const maxLength = (field as any).maxLength ?? field.max_length; if (maxLength) rules.maxLength = {value, message, messageKey:'validation.maxLength'}. The only field.type tests in the body are email (:2633), url (:2642), location (:2665) — each adds a rule; none gates maxLength. Un-gated: true.

    Producers (grep, non-test): packages/plugin-form/src/ObjectForm.tsx:742 validation: buildValidationRules(field) inside fieldNames.forEach → else if (field) auto-generate branch (every schema field; a schema.customFields override is pushed verbatim without it — those are supplied, not built, so "every field they build" is accurate); packages/plugin-form/src/sectionFields.ts:131 identical line in fromObjectSchema. Both producers: true.

    Reaches RHF: packages/components/src/renderers/form/form.tsx:2299 destructures validation = {}, :2412 const rules = { ...validation, … }, :2493 localizeRule with if (rules.maxLength) rules.maxLength = localizeRule(…, r => ({ max: r.value })), :2728 <FormField rules={rules}>; FormField is a thin wrapper over RHF Controller (packages/components/src/ui/form.tsx:45). Enforced at submit: true.

    The two omissions: ObjectForm.tsx:784 if (field.type === 'text' || … 'textarea' || … 'markdown' || … 'html') forwards maxLength; EmbeddableForm.tsx:148–156 DEFAULT_MAX_LENGTH keys text,email,url,phone,textarea,markdown,html. richtext absent from both. DESIGNER_FIELD_TYPES (packages/types/src/designer.ts:718) also omits it (验收备注 3 true).

    6. Changeset honesty and grading

    .changeset/7083-richtext-field-metadata.md at head: states the submit-time enforcement via buildValidationRules, then "(It is not, however, forwarded to the editor's HTML maxlength attribute, and it gets no default cap in EmbeddableForm: both of those enumerate field types and omit richtext. That predates this release and is unchanged by it.)" — the asymmetry is stated, with provenance. Grading @object-ui/types: minor only: every @object-ui/* package is one fixed group in .changeset/config.json, so fields bumps in lockstep regardless; its delta is two test files plus the comment-only edit proven absent from dist/ (§4). node scripts/check-changeset-presence.mjs on head: exit 0, "5 source file(s) of 2 released package(s) changed, and this change declares 1 changeset(s)" — reproduces the body's line. Observation, non-blocking: the changeset's "The one behavioural surface — RichTextField — is unchanged" is true as qualified (emit identical), though the file itself carries a comment edit.

    7. Docs page and the fence ablation

    content/docs/fields/rich-text.mdx at head: lines 17–21 name all three types; fence 23–55 imports three and carries articleBody: RichtextFieldMetadata (48–54: type/name/label/rows/max_length); 65–68 say max_length is submit-time, not a maxlength attribute; 70–76 rows on all three; 146–149 "3. Rich Text Mode (type: 'richtext')". The "reads through the same display pipeline as html" sentence is backed by richTextDisplay.tsx:120 richtext: HtmlCellRenderer.

    Ablation, my own run (trap 'git checkout HEAD -- …' EXIT INT TERM), against the head dist closure (pnpm turbo run build $(node scripts/check-doc-snippet-types.mjs --build-filter) → 35/35, all cache hits keyed on head inputs per the discriminator in §4):

    • HEAD blob 8bfe7787d0c15081399f29ef3aa7a7b82d970e10 (matches the dev's 8bfe7787…); after injecting toolbar: ['bold'], once (line 52) → blob 0dd165ea…
    • RED: exit 1, [semantic] content/docs/fields/rich-text.mdx:52:3 TS2353: … 'toolbar' does not exist in type 'RichtextFieldMetadata'., Semantic phase: 632 of 632 block(s) judged, 1 failed.
    • Restore by state: working blob 8bfe7787d0c1… == HEAD blob; git diff HEAD --stat empty; git status --porcelain --untracked-files=no empty
    • GREEN: exit 0, 632 of 632 block(s) judged, 0 failed, 240 covered

    The gate does compile this block and can fail on it.

    8. PR body accuracy (current body, read via API)

    R3's three "after" strings are present verbatim (read-set paragraph; 验收备注 1 now says corrected "in de98ffd3, not left"; Scope says "test-only plus one comment-only edit"). Independently verified true: the guard and DEFAULT_MAX_LENGTH quotations; "identical line in sectionFields.ts"; rules spread + localisation; the 7014 group name and its four types (textarea, markdown, html, richtext, test :148–151); siblings byte-identical apart from type; type-check scripts as quoted; tsc -p tsconfig.test.json --listFiles in packages/fields — exit 0, zero diagnostics, both pin files listed; pnpm exec vitest run <3 files> from the repo root (the package-dir invocation is refused by the objectui#3378 guard) — Test Files 3 passed (3), Tests 56 passed (56), exit 0; the 17.2.0 rows docblocks on the siblings (field-types.ts:211, :310); draft true; needs:contract-review present; get_reviews empty; mergeable_state: behind (not dirty; base 9b1b105d == the merged commit, main has since moved). One item I cannot verify with my instruments: the body says round 1 "returned FAIL"; your brief calls it REWORK. If round 1's block read REWORK, that is a one-word misstatement of the review record, not of the diff — your call; I do not rate it blocking.

    9. Check runs on head d50d9c25b

    get_check_runs, page 1 (30) + page 2 (2), total_count: 32: 29 success, 3 skipped, 0 failed, 0 pending. Skipped: dependabot, Test (coverage), Test (coverage shard ${{ matrix.shard }}/4). At my first read five were in_progress (Test shards 1–4, Type Check); all completed success by 23:22:41Z. Page 2 held Skill Example Check and label, both success.

    VERDICT: PASS

    Clause-② clears on d50d9c25b9c9f8099cfd3d158554d8be26e3715b. Both "comment-only"
    claims are verified by compiler emit and by comment-stripped diff (no declaration,
    union, or barrel change since de98ffd36; the published-face delta vs main is the
    5-line RichtextFieldMetadata member + one union line + one barrel line already
    reviewed in round 1). R2's replacement justification is TRUE by symbol
    (buildValidationRules → ObjectForm.tsx:742 / sectionFields.ts:131 → form.tsx
    rules → RHF Controller). The changeset states the maxlength-attribute /
    EmbeddableForm asymmetry and its provenance. The docs fence is proven compiled by
    a red/green ablation reproduced on this tree (RED names rich-text.mdx:52:3
    TS2353; restore proven by blob 8bfe7787 == HEAD and empty git diff HEAD). The
    three R3 corrections landed with no new false statement about the diff. Checks:
    29 success / 3 skipped / 0 failed / 0 pending. The PM may strip
    needs:contract-review from both carriers.

    PM 侧

    复核员点名的那处 FAIL/REWORK 措辞冲突,由本席认领:是我的错,不是正文的错。 复核员写:「the body says round 1 'returned FAIL'; your brief calls it REWORK … I do not rate it blocking」。我核不了——第一轮裁决同样从未落到 GitHub 上,只在 dev 的补丁轮报告里被间接引用。所以两个词哪个是原文,现在无人可查,包括我自己。⇒ 我不追认任何一个,也 ⛔ 不凭记忆补写一份存档。这与 #7760、#7365 上是同一处程序缺陷:本会话的契约复核裁决此前一律未落地。 已改正,自本轮起每份裁决逐字落卡。

    本卡可清标,判据与 #7365 同、与 #7760 不同: 上面这份复核没有把代码面推给上一轮 —— 它用三种独立的去注释法(含编译器自身的 emit)自证了 field-types.ts 与钉子的 comment-only 性质,自行测出了对 main 的已发布面全量增量(5 行成员 + 1 行 union + 1 行 barrel),按符号复核了 buildValidationRules 的整条链路,并自跑了 doc-snippets 红/绿消融。⇒ 一份自足、可审计的契约档裁决。

    ⭐ 顺带:复核员没有采信 dev 报的那个 hash(c1d01d39…),用自己的四种方法都复现不出来,但复现出了 68 行的行数,并把分歧判为归一化差异而非内容差异 —— 且当众记下了自己那把扫描器的缺陷(模板串尾未重扫,两侧同等)。用作者自己的 stripper 算出的 hash 证明不了作者的 stripper,这一条正是本席在派发令里要求独立复算的原因。

    §5 的三处枚举读数与本席今日独立测得的一致;richtext 的遗漏已另立卡 #8438(其中 DESIGNER_FIELD_TYPES 经测量不属于同一缺陷类,在该卡中带数字排除)。

    落地判据(剥标这一刻重测):

    判据 读数
    ① 席内契约档 PASS 在案 本评论 ✅
    ② --pair 8373 EXIT 0,双肢可读且一致 ✅
    ③ head 与复核所钉 sha d50d9c25b… 逐字一致 ✅
    ③ 对当前 main 无冲突 main 已再动到 18b6a75d;merge-tree --write-tree → EXIT 0,单树 ac9b9982 ✅
    ③ main 漂移语义面 与本 PR 七个文件交集为空 ✅

    mergeable_state: behind 不是 dirty,无冲突,队列在当前 main 上重建。双载体现同笔剥除。
