What changed

A list view's date-range user-filter chip (packages/plugin-list/src/UserFilters.tsx) now draws the platform date picker on both bounds. It used to draw two native date inputs, which take their placeholder and digit order from the machine's locale, labelled with the English literals "From" / "To".

• The seam, with no new dependency. Each bound (DateBoundInput) resolves the field:date widget from ComponentRegistry at render time. That is the seam FilterBuilder and filter-ui use since PR fix(components,plugin-view): date / datetime list filters draw the platform date picker (objectui#12743) #12782 (objectui#12743). @object-ui/fields registers the picker behind its lazy loader. With no field:date widget registered, a bound keeps the native input.
• Labels. The bounds reuse the existing filterBuilder.rangeStart / filterBuilder.rangeEnd keys, which all ten packs already carry. No language-pack key, prop, export or dependency is added, so Clause-②: no.
• Value unchanged. Each bound writes YYYY-MM-DD, and the chip writes [] when both are empty, so the query gets the same >= / <= conditions as before.
• Typed day applied. The picker reads its text on blur and on Enter. A pointer press outside the bound while it holds focus blurs it first, so the text is read before the chip's popover closes on that press. Escape discards.
• The range popover widens from w-56 to w-72 so the picker and its clear and calendar buttons fit.

Measured

• Fallback reach (H2). @object-ui/fields calls registerAllFields() when it is imported, and plugin-list imports it, so in practice field:date is always registered wherever UserFilters loads. The native pair is reached only when field:date has been unregistered. user-filter-arity-spec-parity.test.tsx now pins it exactly that way.
• Live reading. Backend: e2e/live/ci/start-backend.sh, published @objectstack/*@18.0.0-next.2. In the throwaway showcase copy only, a { field: 'due_date', type: 'date-range' } chip was added to the Task Workbench page. The console ran in zh with the browser locale set to en-US.

Tests

• New packages/plugin-list/src/__tests__/UserFilters.dateRangePicker-12784.test.tsx, using the real @object-ui/fields picker:
  • both bounds draw the picker, named From / To;
  • in a zh session, placeholder YYYY/MM/DD and names 起始值 / 结束值;
  • a typed bound applies on Enter, on blur, and on an outside press that closes the chip, writing YYYY-MM-DD;
  • clearing the only set bound writes [];
  • CONTROL: the select, multi-select and text chips are unchanged.
• Ablation 1: UserFilters.tsx swapped for the c054d01 blob. 6 failed, and the 2 controls passed.
• Ablation 2: the bound labels hard-coded back to the literals 'From' / 'To'. Only the zh test failed.
• After each ablation the file was restored to HEAD's blob 046cc1fa781b183775ffb19bfffaacb03c846ed1, byte for byte.

• Not touched (outside the surface): the English literal "No options" on a choice chip with no options, in the same file. Also plugin-view FilterUI's English sr-only " (start)" / " (end)" bound labels. Both read from source only.
