[Unreleased]as0.17.0 - 2026-08-13.Also corrects the release command in
RELEASE.md. It documented onlycargo release patch --workspace …, but in this project the version bump rides in on a feature PR —Cargo.tomlalready reads 0.17.0, set by #112. Following the documented command verbatim would have published 0.18.0. Both cases are now written out, with a note to read the dry run's per-crate version line as the check on which one you are in.
