[IMP] Project Template - Use a newer configuration for eslintrc
acsoo pr-status: avoid rate limit exceed if a github token is provided
Issue with gitlab-ci cache. Update according precommit docs.
- their pins are mostly obsolete - many of their pins lack pre-built wheels
Old projects that require it in CI can pin an older acsoo version.
Remove flake8 and pylint command
Deprecate acsoo tag and acsoo tag-requirements
The organization name and the repository can contain digits.
