[IMP] Inventory: Update lot numbers documentation

While updating documentation for removal strategies documentation, I realized that the "Lot numbers" document is out of date. I took this opportunity to update to make it current from 18.3 forward. Namely, the list icon where we used to specify lot/serial numbers has changed to a "Details" link, and the name of the window that opens when you click it is now called "Detailed Operations." I've updated the document to be current with this information.

This saas-18.3 PR can be FWP up to master.

Hiya, @erjer-odoo! The material you updated looks good, but I think it might be worth tweaking the info hierarchy a little bit here. I got kind of confused by the actual layout of the article as I was looking at it on Odoo documentation, and I feel like the way the article is broken down works broadly, but less so under the "Assign lots for shipping and receiving" header. Maybe give it a quick speedread and see if you think it would benefit from reorganizing the info some? I left a suggestion in the comment.
