Summary
Agents now have current repo-specific guidance in
AGENTS.md, and Claude reads the same source through a pointer-onlyCLAUDE.md. This keeps the Hermes plugin instructions from drifting across agent runtimes while preserving the repo-specific contracts each plugin actually exposes.Validation
